Wow... cant believe i depart next wednesday for BRAZIL &spending Thanksgiving in Sao Paulo!! What a trip...! Literally & figuratively!! I'm nervous, excited, pumped etc... Dr E seems great... I'm spending 2 full weeks... I never could get anyone at Hotel Gran Chevalier that spoke english..!! When I finally arranged a translator, they were booked..!! I'm staying at Staybridge Suites right next door to Egydios clinic for first 3 or 4 days, then transferring to another hotel.. Staybridge is pricey!! I hope to meet some fun locals & possible some expatriates living / working in Sao Paulo... May write more later... Appreciate the support and ya'll take care... H4M out.......

Why didn't u just go to a reputable ppeyronise dr in the states. There are plenty that specialize in ppeyronise surgery.

After 15 years of research and speaking with Dr.'s from all over the globe, I decided on two surgeons that I felt were the best in the world. I knew more about peyronie's than many U.S. urologists and peyronie's surgeons. I have NEVER regretted my decision and my results vouch for the handiwork of Dr. Paulo Henrique Egydio. My length and Girth were restored and my sensation actually improved. Had he practiced in China, then that's where I would have gone. Professor Dr. Sava Perovic was my second choice and equally capable.

There are plenty of doctors here in the U.S. that specialize in peyronie's correction. Harold Reed MD uses the same method as Egydio. Some stateside doctors were trained by Dr. Egydio. Dr. Paulo INVENTED the technique and has MASTERED it. His surgical center is centered around penile curvature. He's won a TON of awards and speaks and trains other MD's worldwide on how to perform, "Egydio's Technique."

I guess I chose him because I REALLY, REALLY love my penis...

I rest my case.

I'm considering posting before and after shots... I already have the before shots which I sent to Dr E... embarrassing... friggin weird, left handed curve in my wanky...!! To me, it looks worse in the photos than it looks in real life... It used to have a rather majestic, overhang which I liked... Now it curves strangely upward & "decidedly to the left".... I'll get at least a couple more really good before pictures... Then, depending on how my procedure with Egydio goes & the results achieved, I'll post after pics as well... So, thats my current plan.. Of course, H4M has been known to be a bit of a "big, shy, yellow chicken"... I would do it if I thought it would really help others... like really & truly help them in any way... I've asked before and am asking again if anyone out there really and truly even cares if I post my cork screw like wanky pics" or not... Its Ok if no one cares... I dont care if you care or not I just want the truth... Does anyone give a wing ding about penile curvature corrective pre & post op photos..?? My Cock is pretty ugly so would certainly not be posting to "show it off".... thats for sure... All right, its almost Sao Paulo time.... Countdown is on.....!!! 4 days to go...!

For those who post in this session, someone in the process of development of PD has advanced to the point of forming plates?
Does anyone here have knowledge of verapamil topical 15%?
Seeking a way to make a claim for manipulation of verapamil15% in some local compounding pharmacy but do not know what would be the best for him transdermal carrier
I'm from Brazil and I find in my country a place to buy it.
I would buy verapamil for topical use that accompanies this post and know where to buy via online please post.

Post Op Note... My surgery went great.. I have my final (3rd) follow up session today with Dr Egydio.... Then, I'm flying back to Dallas tonight very late... I'm not huge on photos but will post a couple photos later to document results (before - after)...

Right now I'm very pleased with the results... & as far as choosing Dr Egydio, paying full price in Brazil etc... I feel 100%, absolutely, totally confident I made the right choice... His demeanor, experience, confidence in his ability to perform successful graft surgery is FANTASTIC...!! & my surgery was very successful... My injury was much more severe than I ever wanted to acknowledge.. My degree curvature was 50% at least with a very deep divot on lower left hand side of shaft about 1.5 inches out from base...

I spoke with 2 other physicians -- Dr Grossman out of Denver Colorado who was trained by Egydio... Grossman flat out told me if it were his penis & he had a choice, it would be Egydio... No one else... That, combined with M7's obvious feedback, support etc, pretty much sealed the Brazil deal... I also spoke with Dr Reed... He's a kind, caring man.. However, my experience with Dr Reed is "he tries to talk you out of procedures"... So, no way.... not gonna go there...

Dr Egydio IS the master of the graft procedure... He INVENTED it and much of his entire medical career deals with correcting penile curvature... He is definitely a member of the Sao Paulo medical elite... I'm so happy to have done this... I've now gone to Brazil, had the procedure, met tons of other business professionals in the process, went to the beaches, tons of restaraunts, saw allot of Sao Paulo etc.. So, right now, for my money -- & it was considerable -- I am VERY HAPPY!!! Special Thanks to M7 for his vast knowledge, positive feedback & for just giving me hope... Suffice to say the length & Girth RE-gained from my injury is very significant... I dont even want to say how much I improved... Its still hard to believe... I know, Dr E knows, M7 knows & pretty soon my girl is gonna know... Ok, nuff blabbing... Ciao from Sao Paulo... --- H4M out...

I'm very happy for you H4M. I knew your procedure would be successful. I will always do what I can to help others. It's the least I can do. I've studied peyronie's and penile anatomy for over a decade and a half. Unfortunately for me, I've straightened my penis, enlarged it by 3/4" ... only to end up getting a divorce. That said, I may be taking time away from the board which could mean forfeiting my moderator position. Whatever happens, I love all of my PB brothers and hope that each and everyone of you achieves your goals, dreams or expectations; that you remain hopeful and not suffer in silence; that you treat women with respect and dignity and never take life for granted.

Hey All... Wow..! I'm just seeing M7's post on divorce... Man, I'm really sorry to hear that... or, to put it in a positive light -- Maybe, "he" will rebuild you.... & just maybe - like Steve Austin -- it will make M7 better, stronger, faster than before..!!!. The new & improved 6 million $$ M7 Man..! I put out positive vibes from Dallas Texas to M7 & everyone else out there on this site and the planet... Heck, I may move to wacky Brazil now due in large part to --- you guessed it --- M7!!!! & I am dead serious....

If it werent for M7, I would never have gone!! & I had a BLAST!!!! I met tons of locals & saw much of Sao Paulo I would otherwise never have seen... Despite having fairly major reconstructive surgery, I Met with several telecom professionals while there... As it turns out, My telecom skills translate perfectly to the "crushing need" for telecom professionals there... Of course the Portugese is a bit of an issue but am all over it...!! Can you say -- "Hello Sao Paulo is BOOMING & you should see the WOMEN....!! Incredible..!!

I'm home in Dallas with a hugely improved Cock... WOW.. I am stunned by the results..!! Not sure how much time I'll be spending on this site in the future...
I think -- for me -- the PMMA procedure is very tempting... So, since there are no long term studies on it as yet, I should stay back and wait to see how it goes with others... I dont know if I'll will post pics.. maybe.. I have some before and after shots.. Also, have some before and after shots in the "de-gloved" state of the procedure which -- from a strictly clinical standpoint -- are incredibly educational... My injury - divot was clearly more serious than I ever realized... Being De-gloved is a TRIP!!! & I wouldnt let anyone other than Egydio do it.. He does hundreds per year... He does surgeries constantly... morning, noon, night.. weekends... He is AWESOME!!!

I surely hope all ya'll continue to enjoy "new & improved" penis's & wish everyone who does PMMA or any other penile enhancement all the best in this holiday season...!! I know I'm happy with mine... If anyone desires very current info on this procedure, I'm happy to oblige in whatever way I can...
