Dr. Grossman is competent and achieves good results. Dr. Egydio is the best in the world.

Unless I missed it, Dr Grossmans' website makes no mention of Egydio's Technique... Only the "Nesbit Procedure" is discussed.. Also - I did a bit of research & found several sources stating the procedure that Egydio performs has a higher rate of post procedure erectile dysfunction... I look forward to discussing such questions with Egydio & wouldnt even consider the Nesbit procudure... Thanks

The Nesbit procedure is by far, the most common surgical corrective procedure performed on peyronie's patients. It has a MUCH lower incidence of de novo ED. There are several methods of surgical correction; 16 DOT, plication, nesbit, grafting and various materials used for such. The grafting procedure presents the highest risk of permanent erectile dysfunction. It is also the only method that restores lost length and possibly, lost Girth (depending on EQ). I opted for grafting due to my dissatisfaction with all other methods coupled with the fact that Dr. Egydio made dissection of the neurovascular bundle his specialty. In his highly skilled and experienced hands, ED is highly unlikely. Almost every single patient he has treated leaves the O.R. with the same level of functionality as he had preoperative. Many have superior function due the the alleviation of restrictive tissue and bottleneck deformities. Professor Dr. Sava Perovic and Dr. Paulo Egydio are the best in the world. Dr. Egydio pioneered the technique of restoration of length and Girth based on geometric principles. He has an uncanny portfolio and credentials. I would have flown to Japan to see him. His candor and bedside manner facilitate a relaxing experience. His devotion to his patients is second to none. He is in a word... Remarkable.

Egydio is my choice for Dr... All I have to do now is save up the dinero...! $20k is allot dough to me... I'm in touch with his office now... He's slow to respond but is responding and seems really pleasant & caring.. I wish I could do it NOW... Thanks for all your support..

wanted to post some great news.... since the cost of Egydios procedure has gone up so much, i started looking at ways to "cut cost"... Unbelievably, right away I have a place to stay and today an old friend who works at American Airlines promised to get me into some sort of "friend / relative program" & the whole round trip to Sao Paulo would only cost me $150 bucks.. I'm pumped!!!!!! I'm on a major savings budget right now.... I know for sure now I can do it 1st quarter of 2012...!!!!! I'll be calling and writing the Doc again in the next couple days about testing here stateside and sending him the results... This will also save me some dough as my insurance should cover all the tests he is asking for... It will NOT cover out of country elective, corrective surgery however... So, I have to save up about $18k... I hope the brazlian real goes way down in value in the next few months and not up... Ok, I wanted to post some GOOD NEWS... I'm definitely going for it.!!!!!!!!!! I want my 1.5 inches back..........!!!!!

Dr. Casavantes and Wade were amazed at the results from my corrective procedure. They also said that I have a very sensitive penis and the Circumcision was top notch. Penis is degloved during procedure. My result is outstanding. Dr. C and Wade said it was simply "remarkable" how nice my penis turned out from Dr. Egydio's corrective procedure. I really had a great experience with them. They are both top notch and very personable. Almost didn't want to leave. LOL

I'm applying for my VISA in the next few days... I may even try to get it done this month... I've found a way to get funds & if I can get funds available by last part of Nov, I can do it... Hey All... wanted to post a note... My procedure with Egydio is looking like it will happen week of November 28th...! I'm super pumped.. really excited about going..! I'll be flying out of DFW airport standby on American Airlines Nov 23... I'm meeting with my local Urologist for preliminary tests - mainly basic blood work - next week on Nov 9th... I'm in great shape & feel I'll pass any preliminary blood tests with flying colors... Egydio does the rest of the prelim tests which he feels I'll have no issues with based on our prelim discussions.. If he did feel I might have issues, he'd have me do those tests here stateside before going... Thats how positive he is about me having the procedure... Almost there..!!! Thanks for all the support, info etc... I'm still thinking about PMMA.... It sounds like everyone so far is having good results.. I'm still wondering if anyone out there who has had Cassavantes PMMA procedure has had any really negative issues... Hey all... a quick post to let everyone know I'm getting closer to my Egydio graft procedure date.. It looks like it will happen Friday 11-25-11 in Sao Paulo Brazil... I know most interest is in the PMMA procedure which is fine... I spoke again for a while today with Dr E who has a wonderful, positive, confident, chirpy attitude... This is a big part of why I'm going on thru with it... Many Dr.s are so dry & un-emotional they are hard to even be around... Not Dr E.. He was doing a procedure at 9pm Sao Paulo time...!! Anyway, just posting in case anyone cares and thanks so much again to M7 for all your support, feedback & just awesome friggin knowledge...!! I recvd my visa today, have flight booked, have spoken with Dr E several times, have his cell # & trip is set in stone now... Its expensive but hey -- I only have one Cock & its worth the best in the world.... Best wishes to all those who go thru with any kind of surgery on their units... I know I'm pretty nervous about it... Ok.. Nuff Said... H4M over & out....!!
