After first round mine looked just like that. It eventually smoothed out. Hopefully it does the same for you.

I talked to wade on the phone a couple days ago but that was before i discovered this large clump of product in that area. I just emailed him so Im just waiting to hear back. This is so bothersome that I cant even really concentrate on work or school. I really hope this is resovable without surgery. @IMbignow...How long did yours take to reform its normal shape? Im at almost 5 weeks since the procedure

I think it was around 2 months. Maybe even 3. It was going down very slowly. Then I had a ridge when it did go away. Then it took a year or a little more for the ridge to smooth out.

Did you keep it stretched as much as possible after you had it done? How many days did you make sure it was stretched?

i only kept it stretched for about two days. Then the area became so swollen that it was impossible to keep it stretched any more. If you look at my progress report you will see what i am talking about. This is deffinitely a huge clump of PMMA. What the fuck am I gonna do now. I wish Id never had this done

Has anyone out there had a similar situation with a large collection of the product and had it resolved without getting it surgically removed??? Anybody??? This mass is easily the size of an unshelled peanut

I showed my wife the picture. She said just fill it in behind where the product settled and it will look good. I wish I could get product closer to the glands. She said tease a lot with what you have and then you should eventually be able to put it in.

How does it look Erect? The bulge below and behind your glans in noticeable but I will tell you that if you were in a public shower, no one would suspect you had work done - dicks come in all shapes and sizes. It appears that will look good Erect and with another round of PMMA, you can get more Girth behind and then you'll have some serious Girth which is what your original goal was anyway. The lump should soften over time but if it doesn't, DR C can address methods of correcting that during your next visit. If you're not in pain, can gain an Erection and have sex, then I would say success and you have started down the path towards obtaining your 6x6 which was your plan from the start. It might take another year to get there but so what, you'll get there. See it through brother. You'll get there and once there, you'll wonder why you didn't do it 5 years earlier!!!! Keep us posted.

Take a deep breath buddy, there is some good news. Firstly, there is someone who has had a similar situation...member "imbignow" posted today stating he had the same problem and that it resolved itself in 2-3 months (you are only just over a month). Furthermore, it isn't just Kenalog that can break up the tissue, it may be possible for the doctor to break up what's already there with a cannula (though to what extent I don't know).

Also, it should be worth noting that a part of that could still be residual swelling/edema. Granted, you mentioned it was hard, but that isn't to say a component of that mass isn't some sort of swelling/edema. The only reason I point this out is that most members have trouble getting the PMMA to stick behind the glans, whereas yours somehow not only stuck, but got more product than anywhere else in your penis? If "imbignow" had the same problem you do, it makes sense that it would eventually dissipate. This is just a theory I'm floating, and you'll ultimately need Dr. C's opinion.

Suffice it to say, there are ways of resolving this without surgery, but try to keep a positive attitude about it all. There is a silver lining, firstly, your penis is in fact thicker, and secondly, your situation isn't life-threatening, or threatening to the form & function of your penis. I know it sounds like I'm stating obvious facts needlessly, but it's worth mentioning since after all, your situation isn't a grave one. You have to remind yourself that Phalloplasty has all sorts of shades of complications, and you are fortunate yours resides on the higher part of the totem pole. Of the hundreds of men who will get this procedure, a percentage will deal with undesirable results. What those certain men decide to do next is paramount to their mental well being and the success or failure of this procedure when all is said and done. What you should do next is keep an optimistic outlook and know that we're all here in the same boat, ultimately sailing to our goals. We're here for you, good luck!

Hey all. Jon Thomas checking in again. I just wanted to start off by giving my apologies for not updating in the past couple months. In all honesty I have been trying to avoid visiting the site just so i can try to keep more of a clear head about everything and to help keep my anxiety down. I feel like when i keep visiting the site everyday it can help aid in making me feel anxious or even sometimes worried about the outcome of the PMMA procedure. Good news is that a lot of the swelling ended up subsiding but I definitiely did end up accumulating more product right behind the glans on the underside of the shaft. Also the entry point on the right side of the shaft is very prominent. There are some definite irregularities that will need to be addressed and wade has assured me that they are going to make a specific post procedure protocol for me to follow. I am going down to see Dr. C next week and will be having another round performed. i will post pictures soon and will keep you all updated post-op.

Hey JT, glad to hear things have improved. When you say you'll post photos soon, do you mean as it currently is after healing from round 1, as I think we'd all like to see that?
