TOPIC: Deciding to have the PMMA procedure!

I personally think that I had to much PMMA put in on the underside below my glans too. I'm hoping there's someway to fix that on me, and maybe you too. As for the lumpiness it can all be fixed in round two.

Under the glans is a very easy place for fluid to collect and stay around for a while. After my round I had fluid that stayed there for a couple of weeks. I believe that Miracle said that he has had fluid stay around for 2 or 3 weeks.

I don't think it will stay. It will lessen. If you have irregularities they are addressed in your touch session as I understand it. I think surgical Removal is a premature idea

I agree, I think you're definitely going to need a 2nd and 3rd round, and I think that those ridges and valleys can all be smoothed out when other layers are added on. It'll actually probably end up giving you more Girth in the long run to get a 2nd/3rd round, so don't stress about how it looks now, it's pretty much understood that this has to be a staged process.

I agree, time.. Give it some time. I know it sucks for the sex right now but I believe it will look much better with some time. Most likely additional procedures and you will be good to go. I would not do anything to it to promote any inflammation ( try not to use it) to see if it helps, ice ? Maybe. I injured myself not to long ago and I have not been able to work out , need to heal. I think that is where you are right now. Good luck, it will work out fine.

Hey all! Just wanted to say thank you very much for the messages and support i have recieved. This forum is simply amazing. I couldnt have done any of this without yall. So Im exactly 4 weeks out from my procedure and things arent really much different. It seems most of the product has settled near the base, mid shaft and below the glans, With most of the PMMA being pretty centralized to the circ scar below the glans. There is a definite empty gap between the circ scar and the mid shaft. The good new was that me and my girl were able to have sex the other night. Very slow, careful sex. haha.

Im feeling a bit more positive lately and thanks to you all, your posts/private messages, and conversations with Wade i am feeling more optimistic about the future. As far as the Erect state goes it prettty much looks just like my stretched out flacid picture just bigger. I will post an Erect picture as soon as I can. The past few days i have noticed prominent veins returning to the surface of the shaft. Ive read that some other people have experienced this so hopefully this is to be expected/normal?

Well Ive been really feeling this circ scar area on the bottomside yesterday and today and it definitely is all PMMA product at this point. literally a giant clump of it. Im feeling very hopeless all over again. This lump is huge and hard. How and why did this happen? I did everything i was supposed to. My penis looks ridiculously unatural. How could they even fix this at this point. Its not inflamed so I dont really see what a Kenalog shot would fix and how could they possibly break up this giant clump and expect it to move around making it look more pleasing. I just dont know what to do

I the worst comes to the worst you could go to the plastic surgeon in their building and have him make an incision along the bottom part of the circ line (in red) and cut out the tissue below the black line.

It should be a straightforward procedure with a quick recovery. But I expect he'll charge you a few grand.
