It doesn't matter what it says on his website, the only way of permanently increasing Girth is PMMA.
Either he is referring to lig cut or it's BS.

I've had the Ellanse 4yr done there. Only a little over a week post OP,. I'll be posting soon.

He's legit. Nice facility and big too.

With all due respect to Dr Morganstern, if he's claiming to have a permanent surgical Girth enhancement, he's fucking lying to you! The only permanent thing he offers is lengthening. The only permanent method of increasing Girth is PMMA injections. A lot of doctors like to say fat injection is permanent but it isn't, it's also a terrible technique and you should avoid it.

Morganstern currently favours Ellanse over fat.
I've had treatment with him, probably one of the best doctors in the US for this sort of thing.

He runs a very busy clinic, it's more like an actual hospital, it takes ages to actually get in touch with him.

So the lengthening is legit??
I'm finally ready to book and Morganstern seems to be my choice. I would love that length/Girth boost. (Actually I need it)

There's no such thing as permanent surgical Girth enhancement, he maybe referring to lengthening, fat and Ellanse are temporary.
