Morganstern currently favours Ellanse over fat.
I've had treatment with him, probably one of the best doctors in the US for this sort of thing.

He runs a very busy clinic, it's more like an actual hospital, it takes ages to actually get in touch with him.

So the lengthening is legit??
I'm finally ready to book and Morganstern seems to be my choice. I would love that length/Girth boost. (Actually I need it)

There's no such thing as permanent surgical Girth enhancement, he maybe referring to lengthening, fat and Ellanse are temporary.

I've been in talks with having him come on board with a Commercial Account (akin to Dr. Oates, Dr. Morales and Dr. Casavantes), but have yet to get a yes or no confirmation from them. Hopefully I'll hear from them before the New Year.
