TOPIC: What is your gut feeling about pmma in the long term

I regret getting PMMA more then ever. The irregularities (lumps), and the questions when they feel them (palpable lumps), were not worth the 1.25 Inch Girth gain. I now realize I could have achieved the fatter size I wanted without it. It wasn't needed and is a shortcut. Since I last posted on this forum my Girth has grown by another 11% (and growing fast). I'm in the size territory where some women assume I've had silicone injections (and with the microdrops this is technically true). With PMMA I don't get to experience the pride of showing off my size without having to admit to (or lie about) having "filler" added. Sometimes I feel like, why not just get full-blown silicone treatments if that's what people will accuse me of anyways.

As far as how my growth has progressed recently: My habits of Clamping and edging to excessive porn caused me to be significantly less responsive to ED medicine such as Cialis and Viagra. I even tried quitting cold turkey for a couple months. So I was prescribed PGE-1. However, by itself 60mcg of PGE-1 only makes me 40-50% Erect, and I need to use Cialis too, to get 80-100% Erect. The doctor had tested me at 20mcg, and when no Erection was achieved doubled the dose; and later increased it based upon my feedback. An interesting side effect is that in the first week on the injectable, I gained .25 Inch Girth. I thought that was weird. I started to notice my length was gaining more too. So I did some research and found there's a whole bunch of stuff out there on chemical PE. So I guess that's what I'm doing. I hope the length gains continue, since it's starting to be shaped like one of those mini footballs or a rugby ball. When I get in a better financial situation, I'm probably going to quit the injections and get an inflatable implant. The Erection problems have significantly impacted my sexual relationships, and have become more reclusive as a result.

@mike81: Thank you for the compliment. I appreciate it. I never have experienced swelling like you mentioned. I did, however, have a episode in Feb when I over pumped that resulted in a hard area for a bit. I eliminated it by constant massaging. Good luck.

I understand fm not many people can take such large Girth, and it makes sex very difficult but i hope it works out for you. I hope can i someday be thick like that, but the key is to know when to quit.

I read some 'hate' on my Girth size. I just laugh at it. Why? Because my wife and I are happy with my Girth. How many dudes are happily married for almost 40 years? Not many. We're almost there. It's not a big deal. I do what makes me happy.

I just cannot repeat my disbelief of men not writing in forums before they do an operation like this. Perhaps it's shame. It can't be not being internet-savy, can't it? (I am 35 and i grew up with the internet.. perhaps the 40 year olds are not used to forums? I don't get it)

wemustbecrazy - I concur with your sentiments above. I, too, have developed ED after my PMMA. My head is much smaller that the shaft thus I am looking for a procedure to enlarge. I'm not 100% sure if that is the reason for my ED because I used to put it down to anxiety about my struggle to make my penis look presentable after a bad first procedure. So I think my ED is psychological too. But I also have weak erections while masturbating. I can feel the bumps and unnaturalness and it messes with my head into a negative thought process. I think with a women, it comes down to both. Less stimulation of the glans and my psyche. It's a tough cycle to break.

What length are you? I guess I'm curious on your size (length and Girth) for both Flaccid and Erect.

Do you comments from ladies when they see your Flaccid? I'm worried about stopping my extender usage. I feel like I need to get additonal length to make it look better. I really should have gotten my length before PMMA but I'm still loving my new look much better than pre PMMA.

PMMA has a long history of in vivo applications.

Similar to other exogenous foreign substances used in medical applications, the majority of bodies tolerate it well, while a minority don't. And as seen in penile applications, the technique used in application tends to greatly impact the result (ref that bone cement article above, and associated cardiovascular impact in certain instances where a certain technique was used).

As it applies to specific penile application, it's a new frontier. As applies to human biological tolerance, old frontier.

While there are no guarantees in life, PMMA doesn't seem to be a particularly dangerous roll of the dice (given a half-century+ of use).

@manitou Actually yes ED can be related to size, at least that has been my experience. I didn't need to use pharmaceutical before but now I do. As the shaft has gotten progressively bigger it feels like my glands are getting less stimulation and the reason for this would seem to be pretty obvious. A women's vagina just won't be as snug/grip the head as well when her vaginal tissue is being pushed farther away from it by the much larger Girth of the shaft, especially if there is a dramatic increase in size right after the glands.

I wouldn't pursue Phalloplasty with gut feelings. Ever.

@CPW - I was bigger than that last time I posted with pics in the "how big is too big" thread. I edited some of those posts previously, but I see now the site has been updated so there is a time limit for further updates. I think there's enough left in my past and recent posts that you can figure out how big I am. For reference, I am about 15-20% smaller than a "size 1" rugby ball in length and Girth. I would probably show it off more on the internet IF I didn't have the PMMA. The haters would certainly come out, and correctly accuse me of having PMMA/silicone injections. They would be crtical of "going too far," "ewwww that's gross," etc. I guess I could just embrace/accept it at some point, like that guy "SiliconeTex" who sells videos of himself fucking women.

@Indiano - I received Kenalog injections when I went back for a touch up (I think that's in my old thread).

Erection quality is waaaaaaaaaaaay more important than size. Even at my current size I'm easily accommodated by some (special) women. However, a Flaccid or half hard Dick is a total FAIL.

I've noticed in several threads that some guys are very fearful of being "called out". On what? Having PMMA? Silicone? Pfft. Do women care if they get called out on fake tits? Are men totally turned off by fake tits? Some are, but not many. And for the ones that are, if a woman has a bad experience with a guy that "calls her out", she doesn't second guess herself or run to the doc to get 'em cut out. She says "NEXT" and moves on.

In fact, in the breast enhancement world, they order them so they stick out and defy gravity. They are obviously not real. And they're proud of them (and I would agree they should be).

Surgical enhancement means it is supposed to look enhanced. Enhanced = more than natural. I.e., unnatural.

You worked hard for your size @FatMike. The ED stuff sucks, but that isn't related to your size or PMMA. Let the haters hate. Just my personal opinion.

If the coroners or these guys in the funeral parlours shoot their mouths when I'm dead, the chicks I fucked and others would start thinking that now there are guys with robo-dicks! Apart from that, it matters little to me about long term, so long as there is no infection or appearance of disease. Life is to be taken by the day - a blood clot or other something could end a life long before PMMA is known to explode in the Dick or pull out your hair ...
