Normal swelling nothing huge but it's swollen. I do have a Nodule and ring in top part of penis. I'm pretty sure that's what is irritating it or causing it maybe. Not sure but the top is the only area swollen

@manitou Actually yes ED can be related to size, at least that has been my experience. I didn't need to use pharmaceutical before but now I do. As the shaft has gotten progressively bigger it feels like my glands are getting less stimulation and the reason for this would seem to be pretty obvious. A women's vagina just won't be as snug/grip the head as well when her vaginal tissue is being pushed farther away from it by the much larger Girth of the shaft, especially if there is a dramatic increase in size right after the glands.

I wouldn't pursue Phalloplasty with gut feelings. Ever.

@CPW - I was bigger than that last time I posted with pics in the "how big is too big" thread. I edited some of those posts previously, but I see now the site has been updated so there is a time limit for further updates. I think there's enough left in my past and recent posts that you can figure out how big I am. For reference, I am about 15-20% smaller than a "size 1" rugby ball in length and Girth. I would probably show it off more on the internet IF I didn't have the PMMA. The haters would certainly come out, and correctly accuse me of having PMMA/silicone injections. They would be crtical of "going too far," "ewwww that's gross," etc. I guess I could just embrace/accept it at some point, like that guy "SiliconeTex" who sells videos of himself fucking women.

@Indiano - I received Kenalog injections when I went back for a touch up (I think that's in my old thread).

Erection quality is waaaaaaaaaaaay more important than size. Even at my current size I'm easily accommodated by some (special) women. However, a Flaccid or half hard Dick is a total FAIL.

I've noticed in several threads that some guys are very fearful of being "called out". On what? Having PMMA? Silicone? Pfft. Do women care if they get called out on fake tits? Are men totally turned off by fake tits? Some are, but not many. And for the ones that are, if a woman has a bad experience with a guy that "calls her out", she doesn't second guess herself or run to the doc to get 'em cut out. She says "NEXT" and moves on.

In fact, in the breast enhancement world, they order them so they stick out and defy gravity. They are obviously not real. And they're proud of them (and I would agree they should be).

Surgical enhancement means it is supposed to look enhanced. Enhanced = more than natural. I.e., unnatural.

You worked hard for your size @FatMike. The ED stuff sucks, but that isn't related to your size or PMMA. Let the haters hate. Just my personal opinion.

If the coroners or these guys in the funeral parlours shoot their mouths when I'm dead, the chicks I fucked and others would start thinking that now there are guys with robo-dicks! Apart from that, it matters little to me about long term, so long as there is no infection or appearance of disease. Life is to be taken by the day - a blood clot or other something could end a life long before PMMA is known to explode in the Dick or pull out your hair ...

While I believe that excessive PMMA has the potential to cause ED issues, female anatomy disqualifies the theory of vaginal tissue being "pushed away" from the glans by a bigger shaft. Vaginal walls don't work like an elevator, whose doors open to the widest width of the entrant or obstruction. Instead, the vaginal cavity conforms in concave fashion to whatever is inserted. Hence, deeper vaginal wall portions, such as those bordering an inserted glans, "cave in" to accommodate the smaller glans. Plenty of guys out there with small glans-to-shaft ratio without ED. However, I believe it would stand to reason that excessive PMMA can effect Erection quality, just based on common sense.

The thicker the sock, the less cold you feel.

In addition to psychological, I would add cardiovascular, to the short list of culprits.

There have been some published studies on Kegels's exercises helping Erection quality so worth considering. Shockwave therapy seems to be the new treatment for ED. There are plenty of studies and even the Urological Society of America seem to list it as an evidence based treatment. Not sure why there are not clinics on every street corner offering it - but would not be surprised to see them over the next few years.

Wow we sound to have the exact same issues down to a T. I'm also the same age as you and didn't start getting ED until after all the PMMA. I am also like 4.5ish at the glans and 7ish mid shaft. As you, I did not want to get this big. But my first procedure was a disaster(check my picture history) and I needed more and more procedure to even it out. I also did the silicone smoothing procedure. It didn't help all that much and my result is far from smooth but better than before. I have some hard ball like things in many places and some hard chunks that are extremely papable.

I fully regret my decision having this done the way I did. My penis looks stupid and now my erections are weaker then a 70 year old. I would do it again, however. But just 10% and small sessions. I suggest that to anyone that asks. I also have a loose Circumcision so my tiny glans disappear in the hotdog bun of PMMA when Flaccid.

Hopefully, we can figure this out. I have even contemplated getting it removed since darkstaff did it successfully. I'm just too scared it could end up looking worse and with skinny Girth. My next plan is to get Iodine and DMSO and try to make the hard chunks soften up. I read some reports that it can help with ED. I also take every supplement that has been known to help ED. Not helping much. But combined with viagra, I can get 80% Erection that allows me to have sex.

I'm still looking into glans enlargement using HA but want to wait until I see more results. Anyways good luck, lets keep posted if we find any improvements. Cheers

Why you would ever consider doing such a thing unless you were desperate doesn't make sense to me. The risks are there and they can be disasterous.

Having said that it took me 1 month between finding out about the procedure to having it done.
I had nothing to lose.

It was offered when I was last there officially. And he didn't bring it up or I would have went for it. From what I read and seen from one other poster, the gain is minuscule. Nothing is gonna make a 7" mid shaft look good with 4.5" glans. I have an odd looking penis and I'm stuck with it.

Glans enlargement is unfeasible at this point pretty much. Your best bet is to only go for a modest gain so you don't dwarf the glans.

I eat very healthy and exercise. I am going to get my T checked soon. I put on muscle and feel fine so I doubt it's that but it could be. No processed foods.

I wouldnt wonder if you get cancer from PMMA long term. After all its plastic.
