I'm beyond embarrassed about my Flaccid, and usually will sit at a toilet to work up a semi before I am seen in public, like in a locker room.

I appreciate you guys who are trying to look out for me, but to be frank, if PMMA will increase blood flow to my penis to form collagen that will correct my curvature, improve the hardness of my erections, and give me a bigger, healthier, penis, I'm going to have this done. Maybe I am nuts, but you know what? the average vaginal canal is 4 inches deep and the most sensation is in the first 2 inches, 4 inches in Girth is more than adequate for sensation, and not to speak of most women find clitoral stimulation much more enjoyable than vaginal. If you're saying I'm nuts for wanting this just bc im an Inch larger starting out look in the mirror. Or be consistent and call out sizemic or any of the other guys who have gone to 6inch eg or above. Sorry to be defensive and Quantum, I do appreciate the feedback, but I just feel like you were more than a bit judgmental there. We all have our reasons and I have mine. I appreciate your warnings, but not the judgement for wanting it.

Lol, the doctor said shaking his head, and I quote "that's the dumbest idea I've ever heard, please don't do that" when I mentioned PMMA. Guy gave me a script for Cialis.

That is not a very thorough diagnosis by your physician. Of course, they're paid to hand out scripts and it's far easier (and cheaper) than the necessary tests to diagnose what the underlying factor contributing (blood flow/hormonal/etc) to your erectile difficulty may be. I wouldn't recommend PMMA to a patient either. It's just sad how quickly doctors grab the book and pen and send you to the pharmacy. Testing for testosterone (free/bound), SHBG, prolactin, estradiol, thyroid function, growth hormone deficiency, vascular damage, nerve damage and possibly even psychogenic erectile dysfunction may cost more but is so much better for the patient in the long run. Healthcare is a joke.

These people who have average to bigger penises, and are gettin' PE surgeries done, are freakin' nuts. Honestly.

If you develop granulomas, do you need to have them surgically removed or the PMMA altogether removed?

The question was if there is any sign of possible progress in sight. (maybe even only speculation, would at least be something new to read ... )
Other then that doctors will get used to be dealing with PMMA dicks, which of course is a little progress but not that helpful for people who do not undergo PMMA these days.

You are just another candidate for the not yet known method for the increasing the Flaccid. But its out there for sure. Therefore your aren't a good candidate for PMMA treatment.

We have enough bad cases, thanks to the reporting members, to have a diffrent view now. I just read cupcakes latest post.

Even sizemic statet, that no day goes bye without thinking about what will or might happen to him in the future as a consequens of PMMA.

This is going to sound strange, but if we took all the photos of penis's on this site and showed them to a group of women, yours would be my guess as the most popular and will almost certainly be in the top 5%. It would be madness to have anything done to it regardless of Turtling or a slight curve.

You aren't huge, but are well above average in both length and Girth. Aesthetically it looks perfectly normal.

In my opinion you can only go backwards by having anything done to it. Bigger isn't always better.

That doesn't look like Turtling. It looks like you've clenched your thighs close together and are leaning forward. Hence the skin is wrinkled. When a guy has real issues with Turtling the skin tends to tighten.
