Actually I did until last year when my employer had to drop our insurance as the cost became too great. I had to purchase my own insurance and it's extremely expensive and the coverage sucks. My Urologist would've sent me home with a Rx too. Please don't miss the point I was making. Also, in case anyone has failed to notice, healthcare in the US isn't that great and is progressively getting worse.

If its really about the turtleing, wouldnt botox alone be worth a try ?
You are just another candidate for the not yet known method for the increasing the Flaccid. But its out there for sure. Therefore your aren't a good candidate for PMMA treatment.

We have enough bad cases, thanks to the reporting members, to have a diffrent view now. I just read cupcakes latest post.

Even sizemic statet, that no day goes bye without thinking about what will or might happen to him in the future as a consequens of PMMA.

I know it sucks to hear but, gotta say dont do it.
Try the botox i d say.

This is going to sound strange, but if we took all the photos of penis's on this site and showed them to a group of women, yours would be my guess as the most popular and will almost certainly be in the top 5%. It would be madness to have anything done to it regardless of Turtling or a slight curve.

You aren't huge, but are well above average in both length and Girth. Aesthetically it looks perfectly normal.

In my opinion you can only go backwards by having anything done to it. Bigger isn't always better.

To be honest, the closer I've been to coming to this decision, the more I've consulted this forum, my friends, etc. and truthfully, everyone else has told me that it would be crazy to do it and that I shouldn't, and I think yesterday was a bit of a wake up call in that. This leads me to FEEL (key word here) that there MIGHT be something very very dangerous about PMMA that no one's quite saying here and in my gut and I simply cannot shake that feeling, so for now I'm going to hold off.

In answer to the first part I've highlighted, then you simply haven't been reading anywhere near enough. There have been numerous articles, studies and links posted over the last couple of years that indicate very clearly that unforeseen consequences can happen out of nowhere.

As for the second part, the fact it's not done in America means nothing regarding it's safety. It's perfectly legal to have silicone implants, Belloderm, FFT or Dermal Grafts in America and they have an absolutely appalling safety record. You should see my email inbox for this week alone, as I've been exchanging emails with 6 guys who are all victims of American Phalloplasty.

Safety isn't the reason it's not done in the US. The reason is that Artefil has a patent for use of PMMA in the US. This means that US legal PMMA is too expensive to be used in Biolplasty and the carrier (bovine) doesn't absorb quickly enough. Once the Artefil patent runs out you can 100% guarantee that the procedure will be available in the US and much more widely than any other current PE procedure. But remember this doesn't mean that it will be safe, as history shows safety doesn't seem to really concern a lot of Dr's in the cosmetic industry.

Some before's of my Cock. 26 years old, good physical health, poor diet and working to change that. I'm about to go to a Urologist to discuss Erection quality issues and fertility testing before I undergo PMMA. My starting stats are 7.5 in elbp 5.5 eg. Honestly you are seeing these Erect pics but you would not believe the way this thing turtles. It's literally close to nothing in Flaccid state. I also like the idea of increased hardness and Erection quality that so many of you report after this procedure. Increased Girth and confidence of course are also primary factors.

Can someone help me identify the type of curvature that's happening in my Erect state? I don't think it's peyronnies but I'm not sure of why that is, possible poor blood flow over time to the penis. Maybe PMMA could aesthically correct this as well?

I'm consulting a Urologist before I have PMMA regarding Erection quality issues. In another post, you'll see I've began edging and I have had good result so far. I also stopped looking at porn and this is helping me achieve spontaneous Erection again during the day time. But my hardness and ability to achieve full Erection is certainly lacking. Anyway thank you for viewing, please lmk what you think. If I go through with this we can then move it into the patient support group?

That doesn't look like Turtling. It looks like you've clenched your thighs close together and are leaning forward. Hence the skin is wrinkled. When a guy has real issues with Turtling the skin tends to tighten.

There is a very likely and good chance that PMMA would decrease your Turtling issue and leave you with a more elongated Flaccid when relaxed, but this has nothing to do with blood flow.

Did we have a date when that patent runs out ?
Is that then the point where the PMMA improvement might really start ?

And many more business people might be trying to get a safe version of it?
Or are there already enough company's (the ones with enough money ressources) trying to get safe permanent fillers.
And they just cannot find a solution ?

Well at least then when PMMA would be spread all over the USA it would have its own spotlight for sure, either for development or for helping patients with problems caused by PMMA use.

So basically is that PMMA science already happening and most important done by the right people (company's) with high standards and enough money to be really into it ?

If so do we have any facts or sources for a statement like that ? (for a possible yes answer)
