It took about 6 weeks for penis to heal from Removal. Still have mild swelling and random skin discomfort. My penis now looks pretty normal. Flaccid. 6x6 and Erect 7.5x6.5.

Okay so it’s healed a lot quicker than I imagined. I assumed it would take a couple of months to look normal again.

This is mine after six months. And I got rejected 100% of the time. Over 30 people. I had hoped that this was good enough.

That was in July before the 1st corrective procedure with Alloderm. I went online to see if guys would be ok with it. I was starting to be ok with it but glad I did do the experiment. Over 30 guys said it would bother them and 100% rejected me. .

Just an update:

Earlier this afternoon, I received a call from the doctor’s assistant. I originally had my MRI booked in for the 14th of October. She called to let me know that one of the MRI specialists suggested I should have an ultrasound instead as they don’t feel a full MRI is necessary. I am now booked in for an ultrasound on the 16th of October. I’m happy they’ve decided to do this instead as it costs less. I just hope they’re able to locate the nodules and their exact depth.

Update 15/12/2025:

So back in October, I ended up undergoing an MRI scan as there had been a mix-up at the hospital’s end whilst scheduling my ultrasound appointment. The doctor called me two weeks after the scan and informed me that the nodules were located under the skin, not attached to my penile tissue so they would be easy to remove.

He referred me to another doctor (based in London), who he believes would be the best person to deal with this. He spoke to the doctor before referring me and he said he’s more than happy to perform the surgery. I have read patient reviews about this particular doctor and they’re all extremely positive, so I’m confident I’m in safe hands.

The only annoying thing is that I’ve been referred through the NHS. The reason I had decided to go to a private doctor is because I was hoping to have these nodules removed ASAP.

The good thing, is that I won’t have to pay for the surgery. This does mean that I am currently on a waiting list with a 19 week wait time. I could be seen a lot sooner or later than this, so I can only hope it’s sooner.

In the meantime, I’ve reached out to an aesthetic injector. In September, he flushed the nodules with bacteriostatic water and did the same again last month. I don’t think either of these have made much of a difference. It’s possible the nodules have shrunk slightly, but it’s hard to tell at the minute.

Here is a picture of what my penis currently looks like when it’s fully Erect. As you can see, there is a large Nodule on the left side, followed by a smaller Nodule slightly above it. There is another large Nodule on the right, although it isn’t too visible. All the nodules can be felt under the skin. I’m so embarrassed, it looks like I have an alien penis.

To me it doesn't look like nodules. It just looks like product above and below a portion of skin without product.

How would you describe a Nodule because these are ball-shaped lumps. You may be right about the bigger lump on the left but there are some that aren’t visible in the image.

These are what I called nodules and heard them also called granuloma, though I don’t know if all of these are what I would call granuloma. I’m not a doctor though.
I had over 30 of them and they just kept multiplying. That’s why I had my reduction.
With your picture, it looks like there’s a shape issue, but not necessarily all the little bumps that I can see in my pictures

Thanks for sharing. It’s clear nodules come in varying levels of severity. There’s definitely a shape issue with mine. However, there are a 3 nodules (not visible in the image) which can be pinched and felt under the skin. I’m standing up in the photo so they don’t look too bad. When I’m laying down, the irregularities are VERY obvious. I guess my lumps are similar to the ones that ‘uncuthero’ posted.

This article explains what nodules and granuloma are, what causes them, and how to tell the difference between the two: www.rejuvall.com/penile-filler-granuloma-vs-nodule/

Thanks for sharing. I’ve actually read this article before. I am quite certain my lumps are nodules as they are rubbery and move under the skin. However, I think the larger lump may be a granuloma. I had a hybrid mix of HA and PLLA injected. The HA is cheap and made my penis look and feel waterlogged. The mixture wasn’t distributed evenly and resulted in uneven collagen growth and lumps. I had the HA dissolved last year, and that’s when I noticed the unevenness. I can’t wait to have this garbage removed.
