TOPIC: My fight against nodules

where you mixing all three of these together as a topical cream - or did you take two of them as an oral supplement and the gel as a topical?

So I will be having surgery on the 10th to remove everything. I think massaging every day for 10 to 15 minutes with vitamin E oil for 10 months and things only getting worse is a good sign that I have to get the surgery. I’m not looking forward to it. I will lose all the gains And have three new scars, maybe two. I’m curious with the Doctor Who told me that if the massage didn’t work, then they would use Kenalog but when I finally went in 10 months later to get that done, he said it doesn’t work on PMMA. I’ve done multiple consultations with other doctors who are providers for this procedure and they all agreed. It seems to contradict what is said here about both Massage and Kenalog. Incredibly frustrated with it, depressed, over 30 nodules and my description is it’s like masturbating a bag of skittles. It’s gross and I’ve been rejected multiple times because of it now. I’ve filed a medical board complaint. I fully expected to have a few like I did with the CMC oil, but those did go away with Kenalog. That’s what I was expecti with PMMA. This was part of a study for a new combo of PMMA and the carrier, etc. for FDA approval. I’ll keep you posted about the progress after surgery.

I wish it was as simple as removing one or two, but there are over 30 and it looks pretty hideous, disfigured, soft and hard.
do you have pictures of it before and after? I’m concerned how it’s gonna look afterwards. If so, please message me because I can’t see pictures on here.

I would ask skeptical one if you can get the premium membership since you posted your pictures. People who post pictures get lifetime membership.

Also there is another user that just tried removing the nodules. They tried surgical as well, but it seems the kenalog just shrank what he had.

He said he just lost girth but the nodules are still there. I've read though that Avanti Derma broke up some nodules by just putting the needle through there. Maybe try kenalog like that other user louskunt did and then have them do another round of filler to smooth it out. Supposedly pushing the canula needle through there may break up some nodules.

I second @lurkin 's comment. I tried to look back at any progress report's shared about your work @atxguy and found some chats about your problems with ED and loss of length, but couldn't find any before/after pics that detail the growing concerns about your nodules. Nonetheless, I wish you the best. I can't imagine how difficult the rejection might be, let alone going about your day with this in mind. Maybe the best thing to do on this forum is to share your experience with the nodule removal and start your own thread. I *think* that would warrant a lifetime membership. It'd be great to get a better sense of how the situation evolved for your and to share any progress pics from each round, the increasing amount of nodules, your treatment, etc., but I know everyone's different about how personal they want to get on here. Either way, my deepest sympathies and I'll be looking out for your recovery.

And for newcomers to this thread, atxguy had work done by a Loria-affiliated Surgeon (this is the literal opposite of an accolade or accomplishment), and on this surgeon's own website talks about the infamous "proprietary filler" -- a strong indication that we're dealing with a medical device that as far as I know has no FDA clearance or approval (dermal fillers/soft tissue fillers are classified as medical devices by the FDA). I mean, isn't this illegal, never mind the ethics of it all? By all accounts, there is strong reason to believe this magical formula of a filler contains silicone oil, which is regarded as a high-risk and ineffective filler for girth enhancement by both the general conensus of the PhalloBoards Community as well as the unanimous warning(s) by all PhalloBoards Sponsors (as well as non-Sponsors too). The idea that it being patented gives it any merit is laughable. But hey, don't take my word for it, read up on atxguy's posts (click his username, scroll through his posts/topics), who I also hope posts his own Report in the near future so more men can see the dangers of using silicone oil in male enhancement.

Nodules can happen regardless of filler, but silicone oil presents additional complications; with PMMA (or most acceptable fillers for girth), I usually consider surgical removal of any of nodules to be a true last resort, but with silicone oil, removal is a legitimate 1st option among treatment considerations depending on the surgeon who's repairing the work done. Not all those who get silicone are condemned to a fate of permanent aesthetic irregularity or inevitable complication (be it short or long-term), but the risks are not worth the reward, especially when other fillers out there present so much higher efficacy.

Again, I don't wish to steer or hijack the original poster's Reporting here, so I ask this discussion be carried over into a new topic if atxguy wishes to continue discussing his matters with us, it would be most appreciated, and it will be easier for us to provide advice and insight all in one place instead of hopping around different topics. *LATE EDIT: It seems Loria and Dellinger (and others) may be in a legal dispute according to some searches, but I can't tell for exactly what yet. What seems strange is that Dr. Dellinger still refers to his use of a "proprietary filler" and I wonder if that's just oversight by his website administrator, or that perhaps he's created his own variation of this garbage proprietary filler and maybe Loria is after him (and others) in litigation -->

I would normally look into it and would have shared all the details with the Forum, but short of it being Loria losing his license and/or going to jail, I'm torn on giving him any press beyond that (on one hand it's pertinent to the topic of this website and on the other hand, like I said before, short of it being genuinely good news, i.e. JUSTICE, then I would rather just keep that taint off the Forums.
Suffice to say, I cannot say the current state of Loria and his Affiliates and if there are more than one version of a "proprietary filler" on the market, and if you see this term, stay FAR FAR away (although this should not be confused with "proprietary method or technique").
If you'd like a shortlist of injectables you can trust, just consider Medical Grade Hyaluronic Acid (HA), PMMA (known as Bellafill in the US, and Linnea Safe in Mexico to only be trusted with Avanti Derma, as there are silicone injectors in Tijuana who falsely claim to be using PMMA), Radiesse, Ellanse (found in Europe and Mexico), and Fat Transfers (FFTs), when performed by a trusted Practitioner.

How exactly did you have your nodules removed? Did you get degloved? If so, can you explain the healing process? Timeframe? How long until you were able to have sex again Etc. I have a pretty large Nodule near my Circumcision scar and I’m worried I’ll need to get it removed.

my doctor cut around the Circumcision scar and then a long incision on the underside. The goal was to be able to scrape those out. There were about three at the top and unfortunately he cut the blood supply and that’s where I got Necrosis. The goal was to scraped them out, but these were PMMA/CMC adhered to the skin And he punctured my skin many times. Within Necrosis and the punctured skin I lost about a third of the skin on my Dick. It took several months for that to grow back. It was deformed. Still is, and you can see some of the pics in my various posts.
I had multiple consultations to fix it and all agreed that I had to wait six months before anything else could be done. The two options were to declot it and the other one was to fill in the constricted area that was sunken in. That will take five surgeries. I’ve completed the first one and the second one is scheduled for September 12. once that has filled in then he’ll do a skin graft over that area. It will still be deformed and odd looking, but hopefully it won’t be rejected 100% of the time like I was before the surgery. I wondered if it was “good enough “ the way it was with the constricted area but found out by testing it on Grindr with 30 guys and all 30 of them rejected me so I decided I really had to do the surgery. If that doesn’t work then degloving is the next option but that sounds like it will be just as bad looking and I’ll still get rejected.
If anyone has been deluged and has pictures, I would really like to see them, especially six months out

I went to dr Carney at Rejuvall in Atlanta hes the best when it comes to penile complications he removed nodules that look like steak.bites in size and gave me a Circumcision at the same time
