TOPIC: Avanti PMMA Round 1 - 2/18/26

After much research and consulting i decided to go to Dr. Morales at Avanti Derma for LinneaSafe PMMA. My appointment is on 2/18/26. Staying at the Grand TJ hotel. Going with the utmost package bc I don’t feel great about getting injected with stem cells. One experimental treatment is plenty!

I’ll try to do a good job posting measurements and before and after photos as I go. I’m expecting at least two rounds. Hoping to gain 1” EG to get to 5.25” and maintain good aesthetics, especially shaft to glans ratio. Super nervous my inflated shaft will dwarf my smallish glans but it’s a risk I’ll take to finally have the overall Girth ive always wanted.

I’d love it if I got a full Inch of beautifully aesthetic gains in my first round and never needed another. But based on what everyone here has said, two rounds seems like the minimum to get to the optimal size. that’s what I’m budgeting for right now. If I can do two rounds (plus minor touch ups if needed) to get where I want to be I’ll be super pleased. I’m starting below average so I only want to get to where most guys on this forum start out. If I could hit 5.25 without my unit looking too obvsiouly altered I’ll be the happiest dude on the planet.

Hey man, im the same starting Girth as you (4.25) and it feels great seeing someone in a similar boat. Good luck with your procedure man, I hope you get to 5.5+ atleast.

I think every man who’s less than average—and many men who actually are average—have stories of partners who weren’t satisfied with what they had to work with. Shy locker room moments. Terrified first sexual encounters. It’s a unique stigma that men alone face. It saps confidence and self worth. And society has no problem with this type of body shaming even though no one can control what they’re born with. For me those moments all add up to a profound desire to improve how I view myself, rather than how anyone else views me. I love my body but this part of me doesn’t match how I want it to look and feel. These types of procedures are just gender affirming care to help people with penises feel good about themselves on the outside so they can feel good on the inside. I don’t need it to please anyone else. I have plenty of willing partners who love me and desire me. This is just for me and my own happiness.

Well, I did it.

Flew into San Diego late morning. Took the shuttle to the Grand Hotel. $180 round trip, payable in cash at the Avanti office. Driver was super nice and the drive was less than 30 mins. Traffic going the other way across the border was backed up pretty good. Not looking forward to that with a 1pm flight to catch Friday.

The hotel is lovely and the staff was very sweet as I fumbled my way through in my very poor Spanish. Room is clean and simple but well cared for and honestly quite nice. My room is on the 24th floor overlooking the city and the beautiful mountains.

The clinic is in the other tower. You go to the lobby, get lost a few times, ask directions, and find the winding path to the other tower. Take the elevator up to 11 and there they are. The office is super clean and bright. Staff is friendly and everything went smooth from the jump. Ian led me back to fill out some forms and take an ativan (would have gladly accepted two if offered). I paid in cash to get the $200 discount so total cost for utmost package was 4800. Paid 263 deposit bc of exchange rate over paypal weeks ago, then the balance today plus the car service fee.

Off we went to the operating room. Again, clean, tidy, brightly lit, everything organized and new. Changed into a gown and booties. Ian took photos of where I started then up on the table for measurements, cleaning, and blood draw for the PRP. Dr. Morales did everything and Dr. Uribe assisted. Both super nice and answered my questions. Their spanish was too fast for me to understand which was a bummer because I wanted to know everything.

First they did numbing cream and disinfecting spray. Then they did the lidocaine which hurt a tiny bit but was over quickly. From there on out, no pain at all. Then it was micro cannula time. Dr. M works shockingly fast, plunging the cannula in and out to dissect the layers and deposit product all along the way. I ended up with 20cc of 30% and 0cc of 10%, I'm quite narrow so she seemed to think max Girth was important this round. Next she did the PRP along the sides of my shaft and the botox at the base and up the sides. I declined the scrotox bc that ballbag hangs plenty already. Finally she did my glans with HA, making tiny deposits all along the crown. Then I was done. Cleaned me up took a few more photos, and wrapped my unit in guaze and tape. Got a few instructions for care and a follow up visit for tomorrow morning to learn massaging etc. Whole thing was 45 minutes or so.

Starting measurements:
FL 4.5", FG: 4"
BPEL: 6"
EG: 4.25" the whole way up and down including the glans

I have no current measurements as I'm only an hour post procedure. I will say that Flaccid it looks like a real Dick right now. It's heavy and swings when I walk. It feels amazing. It's thicker Flaccid now than it was hard before. That will of course shrink as the carrier absorbs and swelling goes down so we'll see were I end up. I'd be ecstatic with +0.75" permanent Girth in one round but 0.5" could be more realistic. Either way I plan to follow the massage and stretching instructions to the letter.

My Balls are a little tender right now but not bad. Everything is a little itchy, which should resolve with a shower to get the iodine off. They gave me ibuprofen for the pain, prostate meds to help fight retraction, and strong antibiotics, Also a bunch of gauze and tape for rewrapping after showering.

Just ordered room service. Gonna eat and watch a move and go to sleep. What a day..

Roughly 12 hours post procedure. Too soon for any indication of how this thing will ultimately look but I want to be thorough.

Fell asleep early due to Ativan, prostrate med, and an exhausting 20+ hours without sleep. Those nervous jitters wear you out man!

Took the wrap off and…damn. That is the Cock I’ve always wanted. It’s bruised and puffy in places, still has the purple grid lines the docs drew, but the shape, size and heft is fucking incredible. I don’t think I could get hard to save my life right now but Flacco Girth is around 5” in the mid shaft. Thickest at the base but theres so much swelling and scrotal tissue around there it’s not worth measuring. Perhaps the best part for now is the glans. It looks proportional to the shaft! The HA filler may not last long (though some claim 18 months is possible depending on anatomy) but I’d go every six months to keep it this size. My biggest fear was having a teeny glans atop a thick shaft.

I wrapped it up after showering and drying thoroughly. Took my ibuprofen. Now having breakfast and relaxing. Next follow up is later today. Excited to learn the proper massage techniques so I have the best chance of keeping these beautiful aesthetics. Photos of my frankenjunk below are all from just now.

Took the wrap off again to test out massage. Ian said no need to massage til after my first follow-up but the care instruction sheet said to gently squeeze out any excess product from the injection sites to avoid permanent pearl shaped nodules so I did that. Nothing came out but I took the opportunity to shape any areas I felt weren’t super symmetrical or places with a noticeable transition. The product is like a rubbery putty under the skin at this point. Light massage doesnt hurt at all and it seems to move around the way I want it too. I’ve had several erections (hat tip to my sweet and supportive partners sending me, erm, supportive messages and photos) and i took some grain of salt preliminary measurements:

BPEL: 6” most times I measure, same as before, but once I swear it was close to 7. Maybe I hallucinated? Will investigate.

EG at base: a staggering 5.5”
EG at MS: 5”
EG at neck and crown: both 4.75”

Im hoping theyll top me off a little at the base where the shaft penetrates inside and under the fat pad. Theres a palpable drop off there if you look for it. Partners may not notice but I want it be as natural and perfect as possible, knowing full well neither totally naturally nor perfect is the goal. Shoot for the moon, hit the sky.

Just had my first follow up with Ian the morning after the procedure. He did the press and roll massage technique to even things out and showed me how to do it every hour or two. The product is definitely gaining cohesion and moves around like stiff taffy. He said the drop off where the shaft goes under the fat pad is unavoidable because adding filler there usually leads to it draining into the scrotum. But really it’s moot bc manually massaging product toward the deepest parts of the base alleviates the drop off and makes it feel smooth, gradual, and natural.

Some lymphatic fluid drains from one injection site when squeezed but thats really it. No bleeding or product leakage. Bruising has increased since yesterday but still not terrible. And it really doesn’t hurt much at all even with the most aggressive massage.

After that I did UV therapy to promote collagen growth and red light therapy to promote healing. Or maybe it’s the other way around?

Then Ian wrapped me up and sent me off. I go back in three or four hours and then have one final checkup tomorrow morning rigjt before I leave.

Fyi Ian said his last day is Friday! Hes moving into a different kind of nursing and he seems very excited for the change. Im sad others in the future will miss out on meeting him but I’m super glad he was here when I came. Hes been really terrific.

I just booked my third round for mid-March and I’m so sad that Ian is leaving but I’m also happy for him. I should have bit the bullet earlier, oh well.

Just did follow-up #2 with Ian. This time he really massaged with force and it hurt a bit. I realized I’m not pushing nearly hard enough so I’ll do that from now on. It’s hard for a layperson to determine where to push and how best to manipulate swollen areas but I’ll do my best.

The swelling in my glans seems to have abated, which is too bad. The crown is still proportional to the shaft but the rest of the head is back to usually grape size glory haha. Im not complaining though!

Setting alarms to massage every 90 mins. Will wake up a few times tonight to stay on track as best I can before my long flight home. Sucks I didn’t get an aisle see bc I will be in the bathroom quite a bit. Sorry neighbors!

I somehow had the idea in my head that sex was okay after a week. Realized when I read the care instructions today it is SIX weeks. I have a few partners who are going to be disappointed but that’s the process. Theyll wait.

Current stats are obviously overinflated due to the swelling but here’s where we are:

BPEL: no idea. Flaccid is Hanging over 5” but getting hard is a challenge right now.
BG: 6.1 (!)
MSG: 5.75
Neck: 5.5

The Girth with all the swelling is more than i wanted but that makes me hopeful that when it calms down it’ll be somewhere in my target range of 5+.

I noticed significant soreness in the mons pubis/fat pad area when I woke up to massage. It’s tender to the touch and quite puffy but not bruised looking. It’s been puffy since the procedure but only now am I noticing the soreness. I’ll ask Ian about it in the morning at my last follow-up.

I can see one area on the right side of my shaft that looks like a depression, a gently sloping finger-tip size void. The left side has a convex mound about the same size. Neither is bad at all and may just be a product of my natural leftward curve. I’m massaging the hell out of them to even them out and get the best looking wang I can. There are some harder spots near the circ scar where it seems product accumulated bc it couldn’t move forward any further. Ian really mashed those areas bur I think I may be stuck with a thin, strip shaped Nodule on the top when all is said and done. I’ll do the massage and everything and see how it goes. Planning to come back in June no matter what.

Ian was great, kinda sad he's leaving. Is it the new doctor that will be doing all the coordinating and responding to emails? Who will be doing the aftercare checkups?

Try the breakfast buffet at the hotel it runs until 1pm if you haven't already. Also the small convenience store near the elevator on Avanti's side has 1.5 liter water for a dollar. And generic Cialis is sold across the street. Some people stay on a low dose or just buy some to have. I bought the highest available dose to break up into half tablets for later since you don't need a prescription in Mexico for that drug and it's much cheaper than the US.

With the 20cc you got I would say a safe bet over .5in. I would wait just over 10 days before any activities and the swelling is completely gone after 2 weeks.
