Left pic has no flash, right pic shows the problem better bc of the contrast of the flash. Also, my size gain at the top half seems to be less every time.
How have people dealt with this? Am I supposed to just go all the way there for 5 ccs in the circ area? It looks so bad right now that I'd actually consider all that travel just for a touch up. I am only 4.5 up there too.

Sorry - I wasn't sure what you mean. I am considering to go back just for the small touch up...even with all the travel costs. I think the touch up should clear it up but the skin is really tight. Why would it stay there if you had a touch up?
You're right, the area above the deglove scar seemed to grow - and it's actually firm now...like all the PMMA just went up there and sort of got harder too. I think if they just filled in this and I didn't do anything else, it might be okay... bc then the PMMA would be trapped. If I did a "full" round 3, then the PMMA would go where it wanted more easily, again. But, it's a lot of travel for just a little thing.
Any surgery would be a last resort, i think. I am not sure what the complications would be now that PMMA is in the tissue - or that there is even enough skin to do that. I think the hair on the base would be dragged up too. I think the fascia is tighter there as well. I wonder if I can somehow stretch this area out before a touch up. People seem to think pumping is a bad idea - but it's the only way I can think of that will give a circumferential stretch.
Well, I noticed the size went down a bit last time out till 10 weeks, so maybe it'll be less of an abrupt transition w/ time...but now it's not looking so good. Wade was saying it's more likely for this to happen on r1 than r2... i wonder why this happened this time. Everything was maintained so well after the procedure. I think maybe 2cc of 10 wasnt enough...or that area doesn't stretch...and will never stretch.

I meant that Dr C has injected you twice and both times it seems the PMMA wont settle between the 2 scar lines, so if you go back and have some injected just in that area, why would it stay there this time? It's not like he's missed that area out previously, it just seems the PMMA doesn't settle there.

My only thought about Dr. C getting the PMMA in there is that the surrounding areas are more fibrotic now - so it's less likely to escape into the path of least resistance....however...it still can. And, it doesn't want to grow in the circ area. I may just end up w/ nodules if he tries to force a bunch of PMMA in that area. Some other guys had nodules up there. Someone posted a stretching routine for the circ skin - and I can try that - but my skin isn't nearly as pliable anymore. Even masturbation is a different story bc my skin is less mobile and more dense.
I guess I'll have to see how things progress... the ultimate irony is that the 1st sign I had peyronies was a C shaped dent on the left side. I think its in some of my early pics. I had narrowing before the curve became pronounced. Most people don't realize that's related to peyronies, including most urologists. At least it's bigger...if I want to stay positive about it. There are two other hard spots that appear when I am 100% Erect, but they go away if I'm 90% Erect..it's odd.

Trying to catch the morning wood before it went away...kinda dented on the left too
Not an easy task...lol.. I need to suck it up and take a viagra to see a 100% penis but the headaches have gotten so bad (and my insurance sucks so much ass) that it's like $47 a boner... $17 for viagra (half a 50) and $30 for migraine pill (generic imitrex would be free but it makes me wanna throw up so I have to pay for brand Zomig if I get a headache - which is like more than 1/2 the time now).
I texted my fuck buddy here so he said "maybe later afternoon"... so that will be one data point. I would personally find this quite unattractive. ugh... well it is Sunday afternoon & there's one other place I could go to do market research but I am a bit germaphobic for that scene...TBD

The left side also looked better futher out after R1 vs. just 4 weeks which is here (and 2 weeks post R1 is earlier in the log - showing the voids which actually went away)...I hope the same thing happens bc it doesn't look great now. The right side looks a lot better.

I think in 8 more weeks it'll look kinda different again. I just hope I keep the 0.75 over the two sessions! I've seen some really huge gains on here, and I don't need huge (5 is basically the goal, or 5.2 would be nice)...but that's enough. If the circ area can't expand, then going over 5 below there will just look weird. I think I might do a touch up round if it doesn't settle evenly. Last time, my 11 week pics were much better than my 4 week pics. It almost was the worst between weeks 3-7.
Ironically, I had some guy tell me he was "7" hung and thick" online - and I was significantly thicker and longer at 6". Gay guys have delusions of grandeur with their dicks.
I think on viagra it looks good enough for my upcoming vacation sex... so long as it doesn't get worse.
I want to pump - but actually at this point that might not even help. The circ area is just tight as hell. I need to stretch that tissue for PMMA to work in there I think. I really need to talk to Wade about it though. It's not just the skin (which isn't that tight), the fascia is really the problem.

Up 0.25" Uniformly (4.75 upper half, 5.0 lower half)... this isn't really what I expected from 30% - even at a low concentration. I am not sure if it will even stay this big by week 12...I'm not sure what's going on. I didn't really even avoid aesthetic problems by limiting the CC amount.

There is one area that does not want to take the PMMA that is related to a peyronies treatment, but they addressed that 2 days post. And it worked. The circ scar / glans gap is tight on me and is not growing much.
I might just end up where I started before all this began - actually, bigger (I think I was 4.5" EG) - and just live w/ that. 4.75/5 isn't that bad really. I am not sure how much more money I can spend on this or how much more I want to go there & deal with it. I really want to fix the glans/circ gap though. If I go back, I'll have to see what it looks like in november or something to decide if I want a touch up or a full round.
