Yeah, that's true...some logs do have long term reports with far better gains. I can't figure out what is going on. I'm actually concerned it's going to go back to baseline altogether, in another 6 months...like Radiesse. I can't believe I took all the risk of having a permanent filler injected and had almost no benefit - except in the 1-2 months post when the size is inflated. I guess it does help to have the middle section up 0.7, but I don't know if this is even gonna last. Maybe if I do one round of 30% at a high cc amount, that will get me over 5" long term. That's really all I want. Unfortunately, my job situation has changed and I can't really throw out the money for travel & penis costs at the moment.

I wish I worked in a lab and could put the stuff under an electron microscope... bc I seriously think the product is questionable right now. I wonder if there are any independent labs that will do an analysis - though I'm sure the cost would be astronomical.

Hi guys, I have had 2 rounds in Prague, first 12% and I gained 0.25 and the second I gained nothing, really not happy !!! I am going for a third round at the end of November but I must some explanation from Dr Nemeckova how could that be possible ! Maybe the metacrill she is using is expired ? I have no idea , but I am so angry because I am spending a lots of money that I don't have and all the travelling for nothing.

With the little results thats being seen with PMMA maybe its time to look at other options... Dr. C or PMMA wouldn't have been that well known if it wasn't for the original forum and somebody reading up on it as a curiosity and turning into this 4 years later. It gotta be something better. Its just that we've been so stuck on PMMA that we all stopped searching.. Time to get back to researching options which made the original site great in the first place.

I think PMMA did an amazing job for so many guys...and they need to investigate the product with an independent lab. Everything else we know about for Girth (fat, silicone, etc...) is worse. I am still a "fan" of PMMA given what I've seen here - I just feel like the product changed. Their technique and meticulous approach hasn't changed - so I just think it has to be the product.

It does look pretty damn good for the first few weeks... I just wish that it wouldn't go away.

The search for something else is constant. People aren't going to Mexico for foreign body injections because we can't be bothered to look for other options.

We know whats needed, it just isn't available. If there was a non surgical, economical, biocompatible, log lasting or permanent option out there we'd know about it. It would be the talk of the plastic surgery world.

There are things like injectable PLGA, but there is no data and very little in terms of real world examples.

I gained .6 Inch in second round. There is big drop near base but overall gains were pretty good and I am at week 9. I was at .75 gain but last few weeks size has come down some. Sitting at 5.5 mid shaft which is where it is thickest.

So, it seems like those meds definitely held back your R1 results? Did they think it might have contributed too?

Yes, they thought anti inflammatory effects if my Meds totally killed any response R1.

4 Months Post Round 2

Depending on EQ - I sometimes have an obvious ridge at the circ scar. Sometimes it's invisible though. It's weird. The size has stabalized. It might have even gone up a small amount at the base & possibly dissipated slightly at the circ scar area.

On 100 mg Viagra & 2 mg Cialis

I gained between 0.35 - 0.75 depending on the area of the penis. 0.5" was the average gains for two rounds.

I'm still 6" EL even though it seems to look shorter...it maybe is .25" shorter, but it just depends if i measure it with the curve or not (it curves up, even post op from peyronies surgery...just not as severe).

I just simplified the numbers a little from the last version. Hopefully this is more clear. My EQ varies so this isn't perfect. I am switching to CM before R3.

5 Months Post Round 2


I am up 0.25 in the circ and MSEG area. I've been taking Cialis 5mg for daily use & l-arginine, so that might be why. I don't think collagen grows this late. There's better blood flow and I have better Flaccid hang too. The Flaccid change is kinda impressive too from pre-op so I attached a pic of that.

The main issue is the ridge at the circ scar and gap. I just want to get that fixed & maybe end up around 5.25 BEG, MSEG - tapering to ~5 - and I'll be done.

Is the arginine you are taking in pill form? do you think it works for you (sounds like it does) and where did you get it from? I have a reason to increase sperm account and EQ, any advise form any one is appreciated....

Thanks Mustang - yeah I think it is greatly improved too. I mean, at 6 x 5 - it's bigger than half the guys out there "statistically" I guess right? I forget what's average after being on this site...lol. I'm almost on the fence with R3. I don't have any serious aesthetic issues. The ridge is weird, but nobody has ever commented on it. A lump in that area, on the other hand, would not be a good thing. (So, regarding that discussion on 30% up there... i'm leaning more and more against it...)

I just take the Now brand pill from Amazon at 1000 mg 2x a day. So, 4 capsules a day. I take it with ubiquinol (Jarrow Brand) 100 mg x 3 a day.

I also take acetyl-l-carnitine (500 mg - Jarrow or Now brand) which I just learned helps ED and boosts the effects of viagra (and I'd assume Cialis too)...but the study (here) used higher doses than what I take, so who knows. I take most of this stuff to help the Peyronies damage because my Erection is not great in the upper third (the damage isn't really reversible with surgery - just the curve gets fixed). It actually makes the penis a lot more stretchy & traction is much easier to do. Peyronies patients have reported benefits with some of these supplements, though nothing is very consistent.

I still have some pain from surgery (there's lots of complaints online from guys who had the surgery I did - and I'm just yet another one with plication node pain.) and from post-ejaculation...and I've been hoping these will reduce the pain as well. Not much luck so far.
