It was a bit uneven after round 1 but after 2 months after round 2, it evened out. I think it's important to wait about 8 weeks to see if things will even out - maybe even longer. Miracle said it'll change up to 9 months, and I believe him.
It feels the same, but the skin doesn't move as easily bc it is thicker...I never used lube before this procedure (when alone), but now I'm more likely to use it.
Oh if you mean the shape - yeah it's never been that even since I got peyronies...if you look back in my log, you can see where I REALLY started from - during the acute stage of the disease...it's come a long way from that. Guys vary tremendously on this though - with most having asymmetry to some extent & veins rarely are symmetrical either. I literally have tissue that's stitched together inside my penis...vertically and a small bit horizontally - to make it look more even. My curve was up and left, so fixing this left some unevenness.

Here's an updated side-by-side progress pic. My camera focused on the carpet in the last pic..so the skin looks smoother than it is. These pics are not easy to get right, but at least the general changes are visible & easier to read than that chart.
I dunno why, each one look like totally different dicks than the other except for the distinguishing marks lol. The first two look somewhat similar but I swear if you didn't have those super noticeable marks I would think I was looking at completely different penises. Congratulations on your gains!

I had 15 cc 30% Linnea Safe and 2-3 cc 10% Linnea Safe. Going in, I was:
6.5 BPEL
5 Base EG
4.75 MSEG
4.5 Neck EG
Here are some notes from Dr. C and about this round:
- Dr C prefers higher concentration and lower volume. He said the study of the 750 people showed this to give the best result with least risk.
- I talked to Dr. C for about 20 min before, going over pics and goals. The procedure took about 60-90 min.
- I asked if I could have fewer incisions because I leaked out of the top left so much & it left it as a low spot, and he said he'd look at it in person. I ended up with more than 6, but he used needles in certain areas. I think I have about 9 open spots. Some of this was to even things out, I think.
- For example, he camouflaged the ridge on my circ scar. We'll have to see if that holds up after the growth phase.
- Dr. C said that PMMA grows for 6 weeks after injection. This has been an open question for a while, but it sounded pretty definitive from him. This is why they say to stretch for 6 weeks, but I didn't realize PMMA products grow for that long. I don't think I grew past 3-4 weeks, but the swelling/growth tradeoff is what makes that unclear to most of us, I guess.
- I talked about my concern with the step-off at the circ scar (from 30 to 10 percent growth), and I think he addressed it by making a few small incisions up there and using a few different needles (he didn't use the cannula/gun for the whole thing). We'll see in a few weeks. Since I only got 15cc in the shaft, maybe it won't be that drastic.
- He said there are some average sized penises that can take 25cc and some huge penises that can only take 18 cc - it's not really a size thing. Also, each round can make it harder. He injects under the existing fibrosis, which should camouflage lumps, but it makes it harder to massage, I think.
- He said Linnea Safe and Metacrill are the same, but anecdotally he has seen a few better results with LS. However, this is not meant to be a scientific answer. He did say it is easier to inject, though.
- They don't do the cortisone shot anymore. Apparently, one patient refused it - and that patient had no swelling. So, slowly he started giving the option of no cortisone and monitoring closely. Now, he stopped altogether. He thinks that might have prevented growth as well in some people. Advil, on the other hand, he thinks is fine. I didn't take it this round.
- Dr. C will now do microdroplets of silicone, and he has a dozen patients who had this done. He said he's tracking them very closely and isn't really advertising it. He said to just do my research & think about it. He says it works very well in the neck of the penis - even better than PMMA. But, he's not pushing it at all.
- Wade wasn't there, but Christian filled in. A female doctor was there too, but I forgot her name. Mel isn't there anymore.
Questions
- What do you think that lump is on the underside? A hematoma? It's really strange... I am going to ask Wade today - and maybe Dr. C if I see him. It was there immediately after the procedure. I don't think it is the product.
- Do you think it's strange that it tapers in at the base, Flaccid, but when it is Erect, the base is full? It was pretty even before in the Flaccid state, but thicker at the base.
- Has anyone lost this much length the next day? Almost 2 inches of my Erection length are gone...I think I lost 1/2 Inch the first round...
Don't do this (or be careful)
- I slept with my stretcher on (the one in the pics) - and I slept on my back (which I hate). I woke up with an Erection and the base of the stretcher STUCK on the base of my shaft...and it was acting like a Cock ring, keeping the blood in. I couldn't get it off...took 20 minutes. Then, I took a full hour to massage out the dent that it left on top. Damn that was not pleasant at 3 am.
Random Notes
- I am using a VPN because I want to watch HBO. I just got one for $10 since the free ones are useless. You can't watch Xfinity on demand or HBO-Go from mexico, but you can watch Netflix (except some shows are different).

slk20003 wrote: Looks a lot fatter. I don't see how it's possible to lose that much length. That makes no sense. The lump could be fluid, but I've seen several cases (including mine) where it's product migration or settling. In either case it will probably reduce somewhat in size, but remain there permanently.

I think he meant that he put product above it and below it - and also broke it up a little. He didn't really explain in detail...but that was my understanding. Total was 18ccs, 15cc 30% the rest were 10.
I assume the length will come back. Wade said it's normal not to be able to get fully Erect for a few days. This is just more than I am used to. Some guys did lose 1/2" or so...for a while I think.
Wade & Dr c now think that lump was something I had going in & I didn't notice it - but now it became mobile or something. It's not hard.. just strange...and it has a little "arm " coming off of it.

If you just have pain without curvature or plaque, it's probably something else. If I were a doctor, I'd give you a prescription for Pentoxifylline since it treats peyronies - and also pain in the lower extremities. It has few side effects. If it doesn't work in 2-3 months, then you can just stop. Nothing bad will happen either way. Some doctors inject steroids into the base of the penis for peyronies pain, but I don't think they would do that without you demonstrating a plaque or curve.

Interesting that Wade wasn't there and Christian filled in... I had that as well on my last round (only Mel was there too).
Thanks for your update on the team and current procedure methods! Happy healing man!

Glad the update was informative! I thought it answered a lot of stuff discussed for a while here... or at least going through my own head.

Re: Peyronie's Disease & PMMA Journal
11 years 4 months ago #1286665455Yeah you definitely answered a lot of questions guys here have been having lately. (LS vs Metacrill, CC volumes etc.)
Cool about the micro-droplet thing... I wonder if this will be a future solution to the ridge scenarios.
Also, that lump you are saying is now mobile, it might get "stuck back in" once the PMMA settles in and collagen forms etc. I have found with my later rounds I will always come out with areas that act a little different for like a week or 2 post op (like feeling like harder areas in the skin, or what seems like new lumps) but they usually die down once things settle in. At least in my experience.
Interesting about the Large Volume vs Lower Volume. When you went in, were you hoping for a full all out type round?

I was hoping just to get to 5.25 or so - around 1/2" ...mostly as my last round with the least aesthetic complications. Since 17cc 30% metacrill only gave me 1/4", I thought I wanted more, but Dr. C said it's better to do less in my case. Maybe without the steroid shot and with the Linnea Safe brand, I might get more growth than last time. I'd hate to have a $10k penis for like 1/2" from the start. It's pretty damn big right now, though. 5.75 MSEG (well, big for me). 5" FG, with the swelling.
Day 2
I am back to 5.5 EL, so just 1/2 Inch still held back mostly due to swelling. I'm pretty bruised and swollen. I am not sure if I should as them to address the underside of my glans or not. Given that this is permanent, I am tempted to - but I'm not sure - because the swelling distorts everything.
The top view is pretty large - though obviously swollen. I just think it's interesting to document it to see how it changes.

Last time, it only swelled up maybe 1/2" to 1" and was nearly gone by now.
I wonder if this is a good (?) sign that my body is responding. Last time, I barely had any swelling.
I think this is going to make it impossible to do the touch up tomorrow, though...damnit...

How's the swelling going? Mine seems to be all concetrated right behind the glands...kinda makes it hard to tell if there's product there or just fluids.
