That's right small Jay, I do not see any increase in maximum/flexed glans size, only Flaccid. There could be very small Flaccid length gain but it's within the margin of measuring error.

At the 2 week mark I still have pink spots around the glans that I hope will fade. There is a white dot that I was hoping would fade. If this is a Nodule then I may be waiting quite awhile for it to dissolve. I also considered that it could be a scar or some kind of skin infection, but there is no accompanying redness or pain. I don't have a high resolution camera now but using my crappy cameras I sent Wade a couple snaps but that message must have been buried in his inbox because he never replied. If it's a Radiesse Nodule hopefully it will dissolve over time.

Before going to TJ I read posts on this board where one of the members (don't remember the username off the top of my head) commented often about documented cases where nodules created by the temporary Radiesse filler have to be surgically removed; if I remember correctly they won't dissolve on their own. There's probably percentages/odds on either scenario though (dissolving or surgical Removal).

@ Desperate width--yeah it'd be nice to be longer. But don't get me wrong I tried. I tried the straps, the Jes Extender style (knock-off version), and the Bib Hanger. I couldn't last long on any of them...they all crush, pinch, or cut off circulation to my glans and make me give up...such bullshit. Comparatively growing Girth was incredibly easy and literally addictive because I incorporated edging and achieving orgasms into my routine. I guess if I was a sadist I may have become addicted to stretching. And let's not forget how easy gaining Girth through PMMA is.

You mentioned that your glans is no larger than your max 'flexed' size. Does this mean that at least the procedure has brought you from regular Erect glans size to a 'kegeled' Erect glans size? I know that when I'm fully Erect, then I kegel, my glans grows quite a bit, until I have to release the kegel and it goes back to normal size. Did the Radiesse bring you from this 'normal' size to constantly at your kegeled or 'flexed' size?

Yeah I meant "kegeled" when I said "flexed" in reference to my glans size. The most noticeable change to my glans is the white dot and pink spots. The size change in Flaccid, Erect, kegeled, and unkegeled is really so small that the "gain" could all just be measurement error. I know I said 1cm in previous posts but I won't even stand by that anymore.

It feels like the equivalent of going up a small fraction of a cup size if this were breast augmentation...and it's temporary. Women's breasts fluctuate in size and so does my glans so the size change is hardly noticeable.

RE: do you know whether or not the Lipen D procedure is supposed to produce any Erect gains in glans size?

I've never had Lipen-D treatment but in the photos attached to the Korean papers (and the main thread in this forum) they achieve significant gains percentage wise to their glans volume.

I would be a lot more disappointed about the whole glans thing if Dr. C hadn't done such a good job in in the PMMA touch up. Like I said before, in listening to them talk I got the strong impression they added the amount of PMMA that was necessary to do it right, even though it was beyond their formal definition of a "touch-up." He also offered that warranty/guarantee for the treatment--saying I could receive Lipen-D at a significant discount if Radiesse didn't work out. But I may just leave well enough alone.

By the way, if you've tried all those things for length, I recommend a vacuum Hanger which attaches in a rather gentle way to the glans/upper shaft of the penis. An example of a great vacuum Hanger is the Vac ADS, which can be utilized as a Hanger (google Auto Extender, that's their website). Of course there is always manual stretching as well.

I think the easiest way for me to gain length to my penis would be pubic liposuction mentioned back on page one of this thread.

Ironically I was an athlete all through grade school and high school and was also in the military. I packed on the pounds when I separated from active duty though. So for me getting out of the military and getting fat was the lifestyle change and it's not for lack of knowledge that I don't try to get back to where I was....(deleted longer response because was too far off topic).

I've always heard thats common after military service, as you get off the regular training cycle and 'meal plan' and you'll left with a hefty appetite but usually stop all the fitness and obviously gain weight pretty fast. Don't understimate the power of muscle memory though, you can always get back what you once had pretty quickly if you commit.

Since round one I've had a large bulge of PMMA on one side and another ridge at the circ scar that was partially camouflaged with more PMMA during my Round 2 touch-up. I would like to receive a steroidal shot (Kenalog or similar) to reduce the "bulge", and then I may return to TJ for another touch up especially if it doesn't shrink evenly. Several years ago I received steroidal injection to reduce a keloid scar and it shrunk unevenly. You can feel a hard edge at the bottom of the ridge (similar to the description people give for E-list implants). My penis retracted/turtled immediately after Round 1 causing the PMMA to bunch up. When I get Erect there is an edge at the bottom with it stretched out.

I recently tried unsuccessfully to contact Wade and Avanti Derma by e-mail about getting contact information for "PMMA friendly" doctors on the US East coast, but I may try calling their office tomorrow. I'm looking for a doctor knowledgeable about PMMA and who would administer a Kenalog shot so I don't have to travel all the way to TJ. I also hope they'd be less judgmental or dramatic about PMMA injections, otherwise I'd go into my personal doctor.

I still swell up a lot after sex and masturbation. I see that it's gradually causing more skin to grow, similar to the extra skin created from Clamping (previously). In other threads on this forum there is a lot of scare talk about the long term health effects of the chronic swelling.

Does this bulge cause pain? Or just a worrysome buldge? I swell after sex as well a good amounth... Im not overly conserned though sometimes it aches for a while post sex (like not a good "I just worked out" type ache. More of an "I have a foreign body inside my skin that's been under pressure for some time" type ache.)

No pain, just looks and feels wrong. Above the bulge a valley is created between the circ scar ridge and the top of the bulge. Below the bulge is a hard edge that more than one woman has asked about. I hope to get the aesthetics improved to the point where it's easier deny the augmentation (easier to lie).

I developed one large and one medium sized cyst on my penis by early 2018. I went to Dr. C's office to investigate and he ended up draining fluid from one, while giving me a second and final shot of silicone in my scrotum. By November the skin started peeling in multiple locations and eroded at the cyst locations. Currently the skin erosion continues to get worse fast than new skin can grow back, and I fear the erosion from the two cysts will end up merging (covering about 30% of the surface of my penis). If the erosion doesn't stop I may need to have skin grafts applied to exposed tissue. Before the skin peeling began I was 11.2 Inch Flaccid Girth and 11.6 Erect Girth. I have an appointment with a very good Urologist next week.

11 Inch Girth... ridiculous is most be unsightly. Are the problems from over injection possibly?
