I don't think a don't question Dr. C environment exists here on this board really. Its just there hasn't been much to complain about him besides variance of aesthetic outcomes, which are pretty tame in comparison and relation to other complications that arise from other Drs and other procedures. Also, Dr. C isn't forcing 30% on anyone so I don't get the need to confront him about it. He told me he switched from 20% BECAUSE of the boards concerns, to 30% which MOST people prefer. The forums is a small but loud segment of his patient base, if the majority of the people didn't like 30% or he was getting nothing but negative feedback I doubt he'd keep pushing it for no reason. I've gotten what I've wanted all rounds after a good discussion about my goals and his perspective. I believe the majority of aesthetic issues are due to immediate post care and or lack there of. However more pertaining to this specific case, if there's additional risk or conditions with uncut guys that discussion needs to be had, but I don't really know about how Dr. C addresses that as I'm cut. Additionally, with the new roller my latest round seems to be my best aesthetically.

I posted the other day that I'm contemplating going back to TJ in the near term. I'll post a short update the thread next when I have a date locked in. Since this will be a touch-up they have granted me the touch-up rate even though it's only my second round.

I went to TJ for a touch up and the new glans treatment last Friday. I'll get an Erect picture posted soon. The goal was not a size increase but a significant improvement to aesthetics, and I was not expecting a perfect result. My preliminary assessment is that it looks and feels significantly better. Imperfections and problem areas remain but they are better hidden than before.

For the shaft Dr. C used mostly 10% and tried to camouflage the problem areas. The best improvements were to the valleys where he observed there was no product. The largest valley, above the circ line, was all filled in. You can still see and feel the 30% below the circ line, but the "camouflaging" did significantly improve the look and feel. Similarly the large ridge I have on my right side is still there, albeit significantly camouflaged. He decided to not use a Kenalog injection or cannula scraping. I'm pretty sure they went above the normal number of cc's for what constitutes a "touch-up" to ensure a satisfactory result and fill in all of the empty spots from the previous work--I like that. I suspect this good service was also due to me paying them extra to be a guinea pig with Radiesse in the glans.

The glans procedure used Radiesse 6 x 1.5ml syringes. There was a lot of pain during the procedure and for a short period after, but apparently the previous patient didn't have as much pain as I did. Almost a week later and there is still bruising on the glans (almost none on the shaft from the PMMA work). My glans gained between .25 and .5 Inch Flaccid circumference (close to 1cm) and possibly a smidgen of length gain. I suspect this is due to the fixed quantity of 9ml--a fixed amount will obviously create a larger percentage increase in a smaller glans. A larger glans would require a proportionally larger dose to have the same percentage increase as the smaller one. He did offer a substantial discount on a future Lipen D treatment if the Radiesse isn't effective or does not last very long. We all know that the size of our glans varies depending on how hard our erections are. After the treatment my "max" size when using my hands and kegeling is unchanged. The minor size increase is only perceptible while Flaccid.

I told my favorite Korean prostitute who knows I have had injections and was going in for a touch up wants to be the first to try it out. Has it desensitized the glan significantly, or do you still have full sensation? Maybe its still too soon to tell because of the bruising. No exact date on initial Lipen D use, but I gathered that it would be months before they get approval. Lipen D will be much more expensive, it is more expensive for Dr. C as well. He gave me a tentative price quote but it seemed like that was almost certainly subject to change. The good part is that Lipen D is supposed to last for over 2 years with many patients reporting 50% of the gain remaining at the 2 year mark. Radiesse for glans enhancement is apparently more experimental and it is estimated to last up to 18 months (optimistically). The estimate is based upon how long it lasts for Girth enhancement, but there is not as much data on how long it lasts in the glans. For the early adopters like me he's offering a warranty on his work--if less than a year goes by and "all" of my glans gain is gone then I can have Lipen D at a discount.

No complications or negative side effects from the glans treatment to report. At the rate I'm healing the bruising should be cleared up before the weekend is over.

I'm glad I went back so soon after the first trip. I didn't "need" the extra Girth attained by the first treatment, but a consequence was that I did "need" the touch-up to enjoy life better. This weekend should be fun!

I live so close to Korea its tempting for me to look into the original doc's clinic. I've never really found any identifiable information about him though.

As far as I know doctors inject not more than 2 ml for Glans enhancement, and the filler should not be injected deeper than 3mm from the outer surface otherwise the product will be injected into the corpus spongiousum --> it will be a waste (no more gain in Girth) ??
