TOPIC: Big John's New PMMA Procedure

Hi can I ask about the aesthetic issues you are experiencing? I am OK enough with my size but I am very interested in getting the PMMA for an aesthetic overhaul over a previous surgery. I am still trying to figure how much control the Dr has in his technique. I am guessing that it is a bit of a crapshoot from individual to individual as I have seen a some really good results on here and some less so. But some have had 3 or 4 procedures and some 1 or 2. Yours I thought was on the really good side of things. Thanks Dan.

hd, I'm very pleased with the overall look after two rounds. I had a pretty serious ridge/lump/etc on the left side right above the circ scar for awhile but it is definitely softening at the three month mark and I hardly notice it anymore. That being said, I was very specific to Dr C about my goals and Girth was far more important to me than asthetics. I think if you explain to him what your end goal is he will determine the best approach for you. I can't say enough about post op care. That is your responsibility and you need to take it seriously. Listen to wade and follow his instructions to the letter. Ask questions if you don't understand something. I'm very pleased and am looking forward to round three. For the board, I'm Hanging about 30 minutes a day now with 10 lbs and than using the grip ADS for about 8 hours a day. Have not measured in a long time but my Flaccid looks great. Will take some pics and measurements on the first at my three month mark. Can't wait for round three! lol

Been a while and I thought I would update the progress. Still very happy with my results but looking forward to round three to get a bit more Girth. I'll settle for 6.5" MSEG if that's the best I can do. The Hanging has gone well and I'm content with the grip system. I have to wrap carefully and take breaks about every 15 minutes to prevent glans blisters but I'm Hanging 10 lbs easily now and will likely be to 15 by the end of the summer. I almost got a 9" Flaccid stretch, bone pressed, following a long heavy Hanging session. Don't know that I will ever cement that kind of length but I'm definitely longer now. The PMMA seems to hang well but I started very conservatively and gradually increased the weight. I normally start with only 5 lbs and than add weights as I get used to it. Hope all of my PMMA brothers are well. Will try and get online more regularly. Will def post a 4 month update in July.

Your aesthetics look fantastic! Much better than mine. Any suggestions for what you did post op care? I'm going into my third session July 4th. Looking for some more mass while correcting problem areas.

You can stretch your Flaccid penis to almost 9inch from being 7inch BPEL? Crazy. I'm going to have to start Hanging a couple months after my next procedure. Would love to hear at what point you started Hanging after procedure and more about your Hanging

Nice results Big J! Your aesthetic looks near ideal- and very impressive on the stretch! You may have convinced me to start Hanging! I've been using a jes-extender on and off, but not a serious regimen. You're using the 'grip'? is that a vacuum type attachment? I have a vacuum Hanging device I bought many years ago, but no longer have sleeves or anything to go with it. Are you pumping at all- meaning a tube type pump? it appears you've gone from 6.75" BPEL to almost 7.5bpel? Is that accurate? That would be quite an improvement in the few months you've been apparently stretching. I'll continue to watch your progress- great results man! Regards, Rondo

oh... any comments on using the ADS during the night? I can't see how I could possibly wear that thing during the day- my day 'wear' (jeans) would not allow it to be concealed. I'm wondering why it seems most members don't use the night time option. Of course my GF would likely think i'm nuts.. but that kind of goes with the PE territory. I still appear to have about a 1/4" lost length, although it comes and goes with EQ. I notice that your 'shaft' measurement (to the base of the glans) is a solid 6", which is a reliable statistic regardless of glans size. Did you have that length before or do believe it is a gain? Kudos on your deligence.

That's great that you are still able to use a grip Hanger comfortably, I remember seeing a post from someone saying they couldn't use their bib post PMMA.

Busy as hell guys plus going through a divorce - It's a good thing and long overdue. I've lost a bit of Girth - down to 5.75" and haven't had time to hang lately. Will start a full program again in August. Still very happy with the results. Hard spots have softened or dissappeared completely and I'm certainly longer and girthier than when it all started. Round three will happen but need to get through the legal costs first. I know I will never be happy with less than 6 mid shaft and 6.5 would be even better.

MGB - I didnt do anything special post op - just massaged, tried to keep it stretched out, and wrapped at night so i wouldn't get the turtle effect.

Rondo - no pumping. all Hanging, ADS, manual stretching, and Jelqing. I have def gained length. I think I am just realizing my post lig cut potential. I never followed up post op Dr Giunta because it was pretty tender down there for quite a few months following the surgery - I didn't want to tear anything. And yes, I have an honest 7.5" BPEL now. Will try and get that to as close to 8" as I can before round three.

Had to back off the PE in July due to work but back at it hard. 60 plus hours of Hanging up to 15 pounds and more than 150 of ADS this summer. Will continue to press it for the rest of the summer and until I hit PMMA 3,. No issues. My latest date told me I was the biggest she had ever been with. Girls lie but her reactions were real - very cool! Still trying to hit 8 inches bone pressed Erect. Not certain of that as my ligs are smoked and not sure they will give me any more. Pics attached. Its the grip system which uses a silicon vacuum. Have to wrap carefully and limit the duration of sets to prevent glans blisters but a good system if you're careful. Tried to upload some pics and got a storage error message. Is there a limit on what we can upload?

VacADS 4? Have been thinking about trying that.
