Back on the stretcher. Will slowly work this into my daily routine to regain my lost length and maybe even with some summer Hanging, increase it! I have not done a real stretching or Hanging routine since my lengthening surgery in 2009. I will keep a log and photograph any increases to add to the data already on this great forum. One thing that is very obvious to me is the size difference PMMA made while on the stretcher. Note my glans - my shaft used to be about the same size when stretched. lol

Thanks! There are a few spots that will need a touch up and I've got a hard spot, Nodule, whatever where the PMMA clumped together between the circ scar and my glans on the left side. Totaly my fault - I should have caught it early and massaged it away. I'll have to wait and see if it softens over time or if Dr C will have to address it during round three. I'm also on the decline and right at 6" midshaft at the 6 week mark. I'm sure that will drop even more over the summer based on others reporting the 4-5 month decline. Regardless, I have a very functional, and what appears to be a quite healthy package these days. Quite satisfied to say the least.

After three days on my stretcher I've upped the ante and started Hanging again. Light weight and short sets but will gradually increase as my junk can handle it. Will probably never hang really heavy again - 20+ lbs but we'll see how the summer goes. I need some new max vac sleeves so if you know where I can purchase some that would be great. I can't use my homemade Hanger - too painful to clamp that bad boy on now.

You got Balls big J! .... too hang like that. I'm probably gonna follow suit though. I'm just now starting to stretch in a jesextender (although it's too narrow at base). I'm gettin ready to break out the pump again and likely gonna hang. I assume you can't really 'swing' with that contraption you have unless you wanna smash your knees all to hell. Probably not best yet anyway. Admittedly I'm gonna move into stretching alot slower.. but I'm glad to see someone's (you) moving forward these unanswered questions regarding PMMA and future gains of length. You may want to visit 'empty yogurt cup's progress as I believe he experienced a 'tear' in the PMMA due to a stretching/Hanging regimen. Not sure how that worked out. Right there with ya bro. I'll stretch and pull and tug. My admitted goal was always 8x7.. I do believe that is unrealistic. I plan to stick with 7.5x6.5... when I get it back (I was always shy of the 7.5 by conventional length measurements, but Girth doesn't 'lie'. Here we go... let's grow! Regards

Rondo,my original goal was to achieve a true 8 x 6 package. Now that I've been down this road for awhile I don't think I would ever set a max limit. If I ended up 12" long and 8" around I would be happy as hell! lol That's a pipe dream I know but I imagine I'll keep doing this as long it remains functional. I hung with 5 lbs for five 10 minute sets today. Took a stretched measurement at the end of the workout. The stretch memory of your junk is amazing. I actually stretched it to 8 (or a bit more, can't remember) at one point during my heavy Hanging days. I asked Dr Giunta why I could stretch it to 8 but it would only grow to 7 fully Erect. He explained the whole "as things expand in width, they shrink in length. That means we probably need to be able to stretch to 10 to realistically hit a full 8 inches Erect. Still, I've come a long way, pun intended, from my original length of 5.75. The pic isn't that great - hard to stretch, hold the ruler, and shoot the pic. I need to hire a photograher - she needs to be very hot! lol

Thanks brother. My length is already coming back with only a couple of weeks of stretching and Hanging. I'll do a full court press on both this summer and see if I can get a little extra before round three. Mid is still sitting at 6+ seven weeks post op round 2 and I'm happy about that. It's one hell of a hobby! lol

yeah I agree! Its one of those hobbies that grow on you lol

After only 5 hours of Hanging and about 10 hours on the stretcher I have regained my length. I'm still only Hanging with light weight - up to 7 lbs now but in 20 minute sets and a lot of that is still with only 5 lbs. Only time will tell if I can get another .75" in length over the summer. I'm down to my last max vac sleeve so I'm going to have to go with another option for Hanging very soon. I'm leaning towards the grip system but welcome any other ideas from all of you.

Big J- Nice 'stretch' man! Looks like you're hittin 7.25" there! Thanks for paving the way once again. I have begun stretching periodically but am incredibly busy with work so it's really hard to find the time. My schedule will free up in a week or two so I plan to begin a Hanging regimen then. I haven't done Hanging since my allo procedure 10 years ago. I still have the vac attachment (don't even remember brand..?) but none of those sleeves. Did you find a source? I know someone had indicated you could make your own? I'm also unfamiliar with the grip or bib- I saw a picture of one of them which looked like an archaic torture device...? I'm gonna have to try and pace you now... I'll try to keep up! Keep up the good work! Good luck with yoru gains. Regards

I've been using a Bib for a bit over two months now, and like it a lot and would recommend it if you guys are looking for another option in Hanging.
It does look considerably less clean and simple than a vac-Hanger, but for all its industrial design it basically exactly recreates the grip that your own hand does when manually stretching. It has gel grooves and channels on the inside of the device to latch on to the internals while allowing adequate blood flow and reducing skin pull. It does take a bit time to figure the thing out though, at least a couple weeks of adjusting and analyzing how you are responding but Bib and his forum is very helpful in figuring it all out.
