TOPIC: Big John's New PMMA Procedure

jimb,have you had PMMA yet? I built a homemade Hanger using Tom Hubbards model and had good results with it but now it is too painful to clamp on post PMMA. I was thinking the vac sleeves were my only option at this point. If the Bib will work I would much rather go with it - the vacuum blister issues are something I'd like to avoid.

Thanks Zayne. For some reason I don't feel huge but I know it's a hell of a lot bigger than before I started all of this. Hopefully at some point I'll look down and think wow, I'm big! But that hasn't happened yet so the journey continues.

Big J, I'll let you tackle that one, but I know what you mean. I tried to set a goal of 5.75", and stick to it, and now I just want 6" or more.

No, I've been wanting to take the PMMA plunge for a while now, but have had to put it off until the summer. So I decided to try to coax some length gains in the mean time with Hanging thinking that potentially I might be permanently preventing and future length gains by getting PMMA.
I could imagine there might be some issues with grip based hangers after PMMA as your introducing new tissue as a new barrier between the Hanger and the inner penis its trying to grip. I think if this is an issue perhaps looking at the Bib Hardcore which is made and configured for larger girths might be the sollution, and trying alternative wrapping techniques to reduce discomfort and pressure.
VacHangers would be a good alternative too, but they're not able to have the large amounts of weight that some claim you need for continued length gains. Aren't vachangers capped at 10-15lb usually? The consensus on Bibs board is that you continually creep higher and higher in weight, never stopping until you completely deplete your lig gains.

It does look considerably less clean and simple than a vac-Hanger, but for all its industrial design it basically exactly recreates the grip that your own hand does when manually stretching. It has gel grooves and channels on the inside of the device to latch on to the internals while allowing adequate blood flow and reducing skin pull. It does take a bit time to figure the thing out though, at least a couple weeks of adjusting and analyzing how you are responding but Bib and his forum is very helpful in figuring it all out.

I agree...The Bib is a beautifully crafted device.I gained an extra .25 inches of Erect length in a few months..This was before any of my PMMA procedures.I was Hanging crazy amounts of weight (over 20lbs) at times. Yikes!

I feel the aane wa.y...My current Flaccid measurements are:
5.5 inches (length) x 7 inches Girth.
My Erect measurements are 7.75 inches length x 7.5 inches Girth.
I realize that these measurements are huge, but somehow when I look at it
I don't see a huge penis.
I have therefore come to te conclusion that I am (to a degree) suffering from something Eqstudent suggested (ok said flat out) that I was suffering from 'Penis dysmorphia"' Just like an anorexic who is 'skin and bones' sees a fat person, I see an average, unremarkable penis. I think that once some of us get"bigger", we quickly soon get used to that size, and no longer doesthat size seem so extraordinary. The fact that we lose a significant amount ofour initial Girth (from the swelling going down) only reinforces this feeling.

as I mentioned to you in some of my recent emails, Some of us are now at a stage where the younger and smaller women will not go out with us because of the huge girths....

Being married, I only have one gal to check my size/fit with. That undoubtedly skews my perspective. I think my wife could handle a 9 x 7 package quite easily which probably fuels my thoughts of not being large enough. I would likely have a much healthier view of my junk if I were in Sizemic' position! lol

John, you think just like me. It doesn't seem that big, but when you compare it to your pre PMMA pics, there's a Huge difference. Your stats are just like mine too. You're stretching and Hanging already?? When you planning on going back for a third session?

@ Big John and Messageman Dysmorphia is real ! I kinda took a break from the forum mainly for business and time reasons but also it was nice clearing my head. When you are watching and reading about one enthusiastic guy after the other posting huge weapons you think its normal. Now MM you are the biggest guy here and pretty much everywhere. You have achieved your dream maybe the solution is too focus on something else that will make you happy also set another goal. I am ocd to the nth degree and if I dont have a goal I am restless and end up latching up to whatever my instincts tell me (not always healthy) so to stay on course I have to have a plan and stick to it. Big John you are big....Huge go with the tape measure instead of how you feel when you look at it. I fell the same as you. I am not negetive about it just dont feel particularly big. But 7x6.5 is big is big lol That said I am not preaching I will as I said before do a final touch up to fill some gaps and John if you want a bit more I dont see any harm (MM you on the other hand have gone above beyond most mortals lol). Just checking in. I'm settled into my northern grounds and working hard for the summer. Will stretch and hang all summer. round 3 likely in October. No issues to report with round 2 and still above 6" MSEG.

John - Your NBPEL grew from round 1 to round 2?

MGB, No, I lost about .5 inches after the first procedure. Some Hanging and stretching corrected that. I'm now Hanging about an hour a day - light weights up to 7 lbs, and trying to wear my new grip system ADS 6+ hours a day. I will gradually increase the weight over the summer but probably won't get extreme - maybe up to 15 lbs 2 hours a day. Would like to hit 7+" NBPEL before my next round of PMMA this fall. Now if they can only figure out how to increase our glans! lol

Agreed...agreed. On the dysmorphia thing that is. I'm with JBM on this one. I think it becomes less impressive to ourselves with time. I also believe the feel of it internally- what we 'feel' is there without touching it diminishes with time. recently I've had to reaffirm my actual dimensions with a tape measure as it felt as though it was diminishing- it wasn't. I am still Hanging at 6x5.5+ Flaccid and am back to a solid 7bpel and solid 6.125+ mseg. I have some cosmetic issues that appear typical, but are now more my concern (I did not have these cosmetic issues after round 1- the 2nd round of 20% seems to lend itself to greater gains but less than ideal aesthetics.). Seriously considering a testicular enhancement to 'quell' my need for that permanent bulky feeling. I think that's actually what's happening- we feel the bulk initially due to sensitized nerves and aggravation to the area, but as that heals and 'settles' we no longer feel it (inside ourselves). I say this because pumping gives a similair bulky feeling after aggravating the area by pumping- we then 'feel' the sensitived shaft against clothing and such; it feels bigger. I haven't posted for a bit, not unlike JBM, just to clear my head as well. I want a healthy perspective on this thing. I'm clearly feeling the same as others at Round 2 plus (and a decade of pullin and tuggin on my Dick). I think we should start a thread on Dysmorphia. I believe the majority of us are (always have?) suffering from it. Interesting. Regards
