TOPIC: Pmma ball enlargement?

Been looking at ways to dramatically increase my ball size. My Balls shrunk from having to switch to TRT. Saw amazing Girth enlargement with PMMA. I’ve always wondered if they do PMMA ball enlargement instead of the HA enlargements that I’ve found. I’ve done saline infusions to get an idea of how big I’m wanting to go. Most places inject very little CCs of HA. I was wanting to get at least 15cc.
Anyone know of someone who does these types of services? Even with HA but would prefer something more permanent and I’m terrified of going the silicone route.

Yea avoid the silicone route, but frankly despite being a proponent of PMMA, I'm not sure I'd personally recommend any permanent options testicularly (including PMMA); it may work, but like the glans, I find the more delicate areas of our male sex parts to be better suited for the likes of Hyaluronic Acid (HA). Also, due to the potential for nodules and the thickening of scrotal tissue, it may actually make it harder to adequately perform examinations when feeling for foreign masses that aren't merely nodules -- I'm talking cancerous masses and the sort. Low-to-modest HA might be your best bet, but curious to hear some of the experts chime in.

Hi. Had 120cc of HA filler into my scrotum. Went to a consultant Urologist in Bangkok. Third of the price and in a hospital setting and good assurance. I even took part in a podcast. Best results. The feeling. Nothing like when you pump your Balls vacuuming. And it pushes out your Cock so overall package is great. 15cc in the scrotum will barely show compared to the shaft . It’s expensive but worth it. One photo is before for comparison. Let me know if you need more info
