By the request of some of our members, I've created a separate category to discuss matters that aren't specifically Girth or length related. This is because the information can already be convoluted and difficult to follow, and it's my job to make learning the subject matter simpler and more efficient.
Edit June 2022 - this category is still under construction but feel free to create new topics if you wish.

Hi All,
I would love to hear from anyone who has had testicle enhancement procedures done - whether they were successful or not, and where they had it done.
I'm not looking for the replacement silicone Balls, or to have additional (4 ball style) Balls - but more interested in the Dr Elist style cupple Balls / filler enhancements, that leave your current testicles intact.
I've been looking for several years but have heard only of the Dr Elist and the Dr Eppley procedures - Elist's being a cap over the current ball and Eppley's being like a sock around the ball. I've contacted both and Eppley's clinic stated a 50% success rate, and Elist's clinic stated 90% success - which sounds good, but opposing many of the opinions/reviews on here. I've spoken to two people who've had Elist's and one spoke highly of it (however they were recommended by the clinic, so taken with a pinch of salt), the other person was initially successful but since had issues - so I'm still very much in the dark about this and if it's a viable option!
Reading on the 2.0 PhalloBoards there are more reviews but none are recent, so would like to hear of anything more recent on this from anyone.
I just want bigger Balls!
Thanks to anyone who can help -

I have a feeling with all these new doctors that testicular procedures will pick up steam too. Eppley, Elist, Whitehead, and Solomon are the only names I've seen with Balls procedures I believe.

No additional info or hearing other’s experiences yet. I am a little discouraged of the advertised silicone oil prices but I guess it is a large amount of filler for the Balls. Plus I would have to travel to california or florida from hawaii.
Still would love to see or hear from someone that got testicular enlargement.

I had Dr. Elist do testicular enhancement for me. I was not happy with the result. My Balls felt artificial. Too firm. In fact, I felt so self conscious I didn't want to have sex anymore. After a year, I went in to have them removed. So, I'm back to feeling as though I have unusually small Balls but it's better than feeling like someone will freak out if they touch my Balls and feel the too firm implants. I'm still trying to find a doc who will do it right. I've lately been trying to find a doctor who will use Eurosilicone. I hear that it feels more lifelike. Wishing you the very best in your process.

@Idt, how long ago did you have the implants put in? Was it before Dr. Elist switched to the supposedly softer implants, or after? I'm also curious how heavy the implants are. Do your Balls feel light in your hand, or was there some heft to them?

Sorry to not have gotten back to you on this. I just got the notification. I think I had the implants in February of 22 and a year later had them removed. Regardless, I was unaware that Dr. Elist had switched to a softer implant. As to how my Balls felt (other than too firm) yes, they had some heft to them. One of them, cosmetically, looked good. The other, as I mentioned felt as if it was affixed quite high and did not look right. I'd have to say as a final takeaway after having the implants put in and taken out, I wish I had never gone to Dr. Elist in the first place. Hope this is helpful.

Yeah I’ve heard from a few people that it sits quite high. But there’s no one else offering the same kind of procedure to compete
