Here I am at the Grand Hotel Tijuana again. Just finished round 3. My measurements going into this round were 7.5" BPEL x 6.2"

10cc of 30% & 6cc of 10% for a total of 16cc. Honestly, I am pleased with that considering there wasn't a ton of elasticity in the skin from the prior two rounds.

I walked into this round sitting at 6.2", my EQ has been a little down lately, I feel like a couple months ago I was more like 6.3", but whatever. Let's just call it 6.2"

Round 1 netted my .9" -- round 2 netted .3-.4"

Round 2 ended up having an issue I was not happy with, namely migrated filler to the right underside of the neck. I am somewhat easy to please I guess? I dunno, I think it would have really bothered some guys, and it did some, but I was just so happy with the extra girth, I just didn't care too too much.

So yea, here we are. I had loose skin surgery back in July after losing nearly 200 pounds (395 to 215 now) over the last 3 years; image attached.

I now am on my journey to enter a bodybuilding competition in Dallas in 2026, the NPC Battle of Texas.

Anyways, I am a brand new person I feel like. A lot of focus on my body, but the real transformation has been my mind and soul.

Depending on how this round goes, I am hoping it is my last one, but am open to a touch up of 10% if its needed and some bad imperfections present themselves.

I will try to post some updates over the coming weeks of there is interest from ya'll to see what's going on.

Found a sweet setup for following @Texas ’s advice of down and out from the moment you get out of the procedure.

Also, I learned how to have a better time this time around.

Hey Jung thanks for sharing. I keep seeing people recommend taking anavar as part of their recovery but maybe I should look into that after 40.

Did you pump everyday at all prior to the procedure to fit more filler?

Supposedly this user got 11cc of HA in his glans? How much does Avanti use? He got about 4-5cc per visit and claims he's retained the size and it hasn't dissipated. I wanted to ask if Avanti could do that since they only inject in the ridge and not in the head it seemed.

Yes, I’ll be taking low dose Anavar 6.25mg AM & PM weeks 4-12 post-op when fibroblasts are laying down new collagen.

Will be running TB-500, BPC-157, GHK-cu, KPV, and mega dosing vitamin c while eating a beef centric diet for collagen and angiogenic support.

I won’t be seeing Dr. Morales again this trip. I recommend just emailing them.

I am 4 months post-op. I have some spots on my waist line that are almost completely resolved and invisible. Others are gonna take a year or more to resolve.

It’s been one of the most life changing things I have gone through, by far. Highly recommend, just don’t cheap out on the surgeon.

Hey what did round 3 net you as far as gains? I'm trying to plan a trip to Avanti for round 3 as well.

Too soon to know. Tomorrow will be three weeks.

I dont like to call the gains until 8 weeks out, personally.

I’ll make sure to post the results here when they solidify.

Congrats all around! That things gonna be bulgin during the competition lol. All good either way. Hopefully minimum .5 in gain, which will put you wayyy past the range guys on here say is more than enough for most women.

Oh, definitely better, no doubt. But even more than that, I just like the look and feel of a huge penis, just for me.

My wife, after having our 3 children, got pretty loose, to the degree it was hard for me to get enough friction to orgasm easily, good for her, but not for me. This fixed that problem.

If anything, sensitivity has improved since the skin is tighter now.

Congrats on your gains. Seems like you’re pleased overall with your results and the docs. What was your total cost for 3 rounds if you don’t mind me asking?
