TOPIC: Longjourney rnd 2

Starting stats 6” nbpel, 5-9/16 mseg. Now 6-1/8 mseg. Goal 6-3/4” mseg, read my first post for context.
I setup my next appointment in 2 weeks. I knew it would take 2 rounds to reach my goal. Everything I’m about to say is my own opinion from my own experience. When I was swollen at 6-3/4 I thought if this stays here I’m done. That size looked perfect aesthetically any bigger would have not looked natural. I had sex with 6-1/2” and it was perfect. I’ve lost a bit since then so the pressure is less. My wife had no issues. She said she could feel that it’s bigger but it doesn’t make her cum any more than before. She is a clitoral only orgasm. I thought this might change that but it’ didn’t and it’s not why I did it. This round I want to smooth out the low spots and I would like to get to at least 6-1/2” again. I retract quite a bit still so Flaccid I get a bit of pig in a blanket when cold. The weighted ball worked just fine for me. I suggest buying one and wearing it for a few weeks prior to your appointment because it really helps. They have them on Amazon. I will be doing that this time. I will also be buying some urowrap this time. The ace bandage leaves dents that you have to massage out. I think that’s what caused my low spots on the base. I think #1 factor in the results is the injector. #2 is aftercare. As much as Ian and I tried, it really didn’t move too much after the first day. The side with a bulge never changed. People with bellafil state that it really doesn’t move much either and that carrier takes longer to absorb. I didn’t listen to anyone except Ian for aftercare. Whoever you go to is the expert so listen to them. I found Chapstick is the best tool for rolling. They give you a tool for entry point nodules and show how to remove them. It’s not easy but it works, I have none but removed 2-3 first night. So here I am ready to continue this journey. My hope is it ends well with round 2. Here are some pics as a summary. Newbies to the forum ask questions that can be answered within this forum. I spent countless hours reading here and it was time well spent. if you are thinking of doing this or have questions I suggest you do the same before asking. I’m all set for round 2 in a couple weeks. Not much has changed and I’m now 10 months since round 1. My hope is that I get a similar result and now that I have after care experience I feel I can do even better this time. I bought urowrap and feel it will be beneficial. I had some voids at the base and I feel like it was caused by the bandaging. This stuff settles really fast but can still be moved but it gets harder to do each hour. That along with incorporating chapstick as my rolling device should help. I didn’t figure that one out until I got home. Looking forward to it will keep you all posted.

Round 2 I received 21 cc’s of 30% no 10%. I was shocked and alarmed when I read the paper. I have seen many discussions here on peoples opinions which made me worry a bit. I put my trust in the Dr so we will see how it goes. She told me I have a lot of space for filler. My opinion is it’s easier to shape knowing it’s all the same concentration. I set my alarm every 3 hrs to massage and allow open air for a while then back to my wrap. Ian said I did an amazing job he had no need to help any corrections. I’m sharing a photo how to wrap using urowrap and the materials given by them. The advantage I had this time is the ability to check into the hotel and walk to store prior to my procedure. This allowed me to go straight to my room after and have less swelling.

I’m 4 days post op. I had more fluid than my previous round and it is taking longer to absorb. Woke up and finally stopped leaking from entry points. This was the first day with no discoloration. It looked very good and naturally big flacid. I chinned it up and it got a bit red and swollen but I had to get a size check. I’m 6-7/8” Girth mid shaft. After a little while it swelled up again and I was pushing 7” as pictured. I do have the void on my right side still. It appears that is going to be a trouble spot and may just live with it. Base is 6-3/4”. This round I didn’t really need to use the stretcher much as I’m not retracting. So far things are very good.

3 week update: the process is exactly as it was round 1. At the 2 week mark the swelling was gone and I have a few hard spots. I only had 1 last time but I have 3 this time. They are slowly dissipating and I have faith they will not be noticeable in time. I’m surprised that I have not lost much though am I have very substantial gains. Right now it ranges between 6-3/4 to 6-7/8 mseg. The low measurement is initial Erection but it swells up a bit the longer I go. As with last time I’ve had sex but nothing rough yet. I can tell the wife is enjoying it too. My flavors Girth is now larger than my starting EG. I’ll post more pics when I get closer to the final outcome. This is the time when a lot of changes happen. Everyday the Erect look is slightly different. Symmetry is very good.

1 month update: still at 6-7/8 marg! This round I have not experienced the losses like round 1. The stiff areas I had are getting softer. The bumps I have are also beginning to smooth out. I can’t believe I am now the same Girth as Shane diesel. It doesn’t feel like it. Looking down it doesn’t look like it but it is. I have the diesel replica dildo and it does feel the same holding it though. I am satisfied with my results so far.

@Longjourney When you filled out the forms for each round, did you specify something different in terms of goals? trying to figure out why you got less 30% the first round vs the second one

I don’t know the answer to that. My goals were defined from the start with no change. My best guess is they used a mixture for asthetics in round 1 and on round 2 not much was used towards the glans. I can feel a bit of a shelf this time. Now that time has gone by I notice more irregularities. A few bumps here and there along with that shelf but overall very pleased. I did eventually lose some size. Last measurement was 6-5/8. If I decide to get touch up work performed it will probably be through Carney because I would want to build up near the glans and I just feel he is the one for that.

@Longjourney well you are the one writing down the goals and round type on the sheets before the procedure, if you “guess” they went for aesthetics there must be a reason no?
