Round 3: Avanti Derma, 11/12/2024 PMMA
1 year 8 months ago #1308719486BPEL: 7.25
MSEG: 6.35 (maybe more with better EQ)
I have 2-3 small nodules at the entry points that I’m getting removed. I’m also hoping to get rid of some more minor lumping and irregularity.
My goal is 6.75 to 6.95 MSEG
Aesthetics are also more priority now. If I don’t come out with the aesthetic I want this round, I’ll return for the “smooth finish” procedure.
I’ll keep you all posted this round.

Technically Avanti can do it after 6 weeks. But waiting longer is more advisable. They actually mentioned this to me at my appointment.
I returned earlier because I didn’t like having nodules, was in a rush, and won’t have the capacity to travel as much later.

Re: Round 3: Avanti Derma, 11/12/2024 PMMA
1 year 8 months ago #1308719527I had 18cc (11cc x 30% + 7cc x 10%). This was about 80% as much as I had done last time, since I wanted slightly more emphasis on aesthetics and to lower the risk of nodules/lumping. But it also means I may have to do another round to get to my goal of 6.95-7.
I also had 2 nodules (acne like bits of filler) cauterized (burned) off. You can see those purple scans in the photos attached.
BPEL: 7.2 (slighlty reduced, perhaps due to poor EQ)
MSEG: 7.25
I went up about 0.5 inches in my Girth last time and had 80% and much injected this time. Meaning I should expect to end up at around 6.65-6.9. However, it’s possible I’ll retain more this time since I have so much PMMA now. It’s also possible I could lose more ground since my entry points are still open. I’ll keep you all updated. Last time my size fluctuated quite a lot, sometimes up, sometimes down.
My routine is simple now:
- massage every 1 hour
- aggressive massaging to move filler as needed
- BPC157
- collagen powder
I’ll base my exact dosages on supply when I return home. Likely the same as last time.
The key difference is that I dropped the Anavar. I didn’t notice that I held any more after using it last time, though it did expedite healing. If my entry points are still open, I may use it for a week. Otherwise I won’t risk the damage to my liver.

Re: Round 3: Avanti Derma, 11/12/2024 PMMA
1 year 8 months ago #1308719552Another part of the full circ scar area is probably because I had a "high and tight" adult Circumcision. Dr. Rupeka and others note that these adult circumcisions are way easier to work with. Possibly because they fill up. I'm sure lots of guys like having full circ scar areas, and I'm glad that I get more filler overall. But I want a natural looking result.
I'll probably return for round 4 focused entirely on aesthetics and smoothing.

Re: Round 3: Avanti Derma, 11/12/2024 PMMA
1 year 8 months ago #1308719553MSEG: 6.7
BPEL: 7.3 (all day stretching must be having some effect)
No swelling at all this time, or at least very little. But lots of bruising.
Some minor lumping on the left side (trying to massage it with little luck, will switch to hot water tomorrow)
The start of a small Nodule at the bottom left area that I'm aggressively rolling out with the roller.

MSEG: 7
Much more swelling today. Possibly the start of the collagen building phase.
I’m taking 25mg daily anavar for healing (trying to close cauterization wound) and 1mg BPC 157 daily. 20,000 mg collagen.
My biggest concerns now are some lumping and the open cauterization wound (though it’s not bleeding, I just don’t want an infection or scar).

Re: Round 3: Avanti Derma, 11/12/2024 PMMA
1 year 8 months ago #1308719655Photos of the infection are attached below. Was prescribed antibiotics, it already looks a bit better now that the pus was drained. Hopefully it’s resolved in under 7 days or so.
Avanti Derma was very helpful with getting me the info I needed to show my doctor. Hopefully the infection goes away and I get a good outcome. Otherwise it looks good. Current pic has no white spot, just lumps (infection).
My guess is that my extensive massaging caused the infection since entry points were slow to close.
The nodules were cauterized (burned off). The price was included in the price of the procedure.

1 year 8 months ago #1308719666Hope you make a full recovery in all ways. Were you massaging the open wounds?
I will be going in within the next month for R2 and want to do all I can to prevent infections.
