TOPIC: Going ahead with HA - Summary and Questions

So I met with a doctor here in Barcelona at Clinica Sanza and decided to go ahead with HA filler at the end of the month. Here are the key details he discussed with me:


- inject 10ml of HA
- inject into Flaccid penis
- avoid hard sports and sex for a week[/li]
- can swim and do upper body weight work outs after 3 days
- will take 5mg of Cialis for 5 days after the procedure
- will also give me some creams afterwards
- they do about 3-4 of these procedures a day
- the cost will be 1500€ (they currently run a special until end of August)
- said that I could do another 10ml 1-2 months after the first procedure in case I want even more Girth.



Is there anything that looks out of the norm or any information that’s missing that I should follow up on?

Tbh I’m nervous about having any sort of procedure done on my penis because… well it’s the only one I have. But as far as I understand the risks of HA injection are incredibly low so the worst that could happen is that I don’t like the results and I have them easily reversed, right?

Attached are some photos of my Flaccid and hard penis. The doctor said I’m a great candidate for HA since I have plenty of skin. How much of a difference can I expect from 10ml? Will it be noticeable?

Any thoughts are appreciated!

Just did it myself. Same quantity. Everything looks reasonable except price. That may just be a Europe healthcare thing though. Cost me $6k in the US.

All aftercare varies. My guy had his really lax. Basically no sex for 3 days. I'm going long to be safe.

Just make sure you feel it out like 4 hours after and periodically after that to smooth it out. I had a couple small lumps at entry points I easily broke uo with thumb and forefinger. Then be sure to feel the edges near the glans and base where the filler ends. You can mold that out and taper it more naturally. And of course any areas that have a little excess if any. Much easier to do Erect.

It was kind of fluidly day 1 and 2, like water balloons. But as swelling settles it is more natural after that.

I posted my blog in progress forum if it helps. Good luck, mine only has minor bruising after 3 days but looks great and really natural.

I will add, make sure your provider does a numbing shot before the procedure and not the cream only. I can't imagine doing this with just the numbing cream.

I once read this really great post on here on how to massage the penis afterwards. It was similar to what you said. Do you recall where that post was? It was very detailed.

I’ll probably be a bit nervous to massage these imperfections out. Does it hurt?

Yeah I’m pretty sure he said there will be a shot. Are you wearing tight underwear? Mine said I should wear some tight underwear and keep it up for half the day and down for half the day.

No pain for me at all.

Bruising was gone day 4. I wore normal boxer briefs. He didn't tell me one way or the other. Looks great now.

Sure thing. I just got the procedure done at Clínica Sanza in Barcelona with Dr Jordi Rodríguez. He used 10ml of Starfiller.

I just got back home and as of right now I am pleasently surprised of how nice it looks and how big of a difference it is. My penis looks substantially thicker. At least soft. I haven’t seen it erect yet.

There is barely any bruising at all. Only one small spot. Maybe that will show up later?

He said I have a lot of skin so that I could go a lot bigger if I wanted to. He said up to 100ml. I obviously won’t but if I’m happy I’d consider another 10ml. Let’s see how this looks in a week.

PS: the doctor told me to wear my penis up half of the day and down the other half. However, I feel wearing it up makes it kind of shrivel down more so I’m not sure if that’s actually such a good idea?

Here is one more photo, slightly errect, after massaging the penis with some vasiline as directed. It looks so much bigger than before. Not sure how much of that is swelling. I also couldn’t get fully hard (I assume I don’t feel quite sexy/horny after this procedure yet)

Bruising has also gotten a bit bigger an pronounced a few hours after the procedure (second photo)

BTW: I keep reading on here that people use a device to stretch their penis down after this procedure. My doctor did not tell me anything about this at all. Just to keep it half day upwards and half daw downwards in tighter underwear. Besides that I just stretch it out with my hand once in a while and massage it slightly. Why do people keep attacking devices to stretch it constantly?

As the filler starts to settle in, you will end up with sort of "retraction rings" where the filler is bunched in some spots, absent in others, when you're Erect.
The goal is to have it spread evenly along your Erect shaft, and massaging in a stretched state, then retaining this stretched state, will allow it to settle evenly.
If you don't retract too badly (i retract VERY badly) it's less of an issue.

Ah ok! I don’t retract that badly, but I notice when I had my penis in the underwear for a while and take it out it’s all bunched up and weirdly fat on top. After I stretch it out and massage it for a moment it looks more natural again.

I haven’t been able to get a hard on yet since the procedure so I have no idea what it will look like Erect. I don’t feel horny atm all and it just won’t work (probably unrelated issue due to some heartbreak right now…) but not sure if that’ll be an issue that I can massage it while Erect right now?

I also feel like my glans is still a bit numb. I don’t have the same sensation when touching it. Is that normal after getting HA filler? I know the doctor said the filler had a numbing agent in it but how long does that last?
