How's the sex now?

Hanging is fine after a few weeks. The product is set up and swelling will be down. Def not sooner though.

Still healing, maybe another few days...

'Some accordion effect and a Nodule'

Day 5, everything has been on cruise control and swelling has gone down a bit.
Just noticed today some uneven ridges on the rightside I can't quite roll out and what I think is a Nodule? Top left of collar.
It seems to only present when Erect and is really sensitive. I'm not sure if it's just some tissue swelling from canula.
I've tried to crush it with pinching but it remains but only noticeable when Erect so unsure.

Been using medical tape. I think for a brief moment I sat down this morning and it bunched up making some indentations as can be seen on right side in pics. Will continue to try roll it out. Sure it be touched up if need be on second visit.

FYI this is after 13ml Ellanse day 5.

Any advice I welcome.

UPDATE:

All good again.

Had been massaging fluid downward with too much pressure perhaps and aggravated some soft tissue.
After wrapping the neck and angling upwise it has settled back in a better position.

I massaged downward mostly in fear any product would migrate down and out but alas it all seems to have stayed where it belongs.

Your results are looking fantastic indeed. You're more bruised than I was, but I was much more swollen. Especially in the area of the Circumcision scar where you indicate you have some concerns I had a large swelling of lymphatic fluid which took quite some time to fully dissipate. From my own experience and from a few posts I've read, I think what you're experiencing is quite normal and that all will be fine soon enough. I understand your concerns though, there were times when I was thinking "what have I done?" because it looked so messed up. Now, other than a few small lumps that can't be seen and that don't bother me, all is normal again and I can't wait for my next treatment coming up in 2 weeks.

Yeah was a bit of a knee jerk post but figured it could help someone in future.
Gladly the coband wrapping does the trick.

Interested in the next part where the body replaces the Ellanse with collagen. So happy with everything.
Looking forward to being able to exercise again and go for a test run.

Update, almost 2 weeks post op.

Couldn't be happier. Started doing weights again, I think I'll hold off on running. Just feels as though it could draw from the Ellanse/collagen vs GH boosting resistance training.. just an opinion a feeling. Still wrap at night to avoid folding or bunching. Some uneven bits but not an issue for me at all.
I just wrapped and let hang whole time so maybe be why some has not stayed around the base. I think a great result for 13mls and going back for another 7 will top it off perfectly.

How to go about maintaining the base area?

Looking at my day 1pics I recall there being a lot there bur can't say if swelling. I think one night it retracted some and bunched up in the mid section. Could also be that I just wrapped and let it hang downwards during recovery.
After getting another 7ml I think I would like to avoid losing any from the base again.

Any opinions on how?

What are you current stats and how much did you lose when the swelling went down?

Im currently 4 days after my first 15ml and really happy with the results so far.

Well I think it migrated a bit from base as I didn't have the shaft pointing up at all during recovery, but that's fine with me as I'm super happy with the outcome. Will likely have the next 7ml touch up the base.

13ml after EG 5.2

It's centred around mid shaft so will get it evened out.
I'll definitely agree with the
'happy wife, happy life'
being a direct benefit but it definitely gives a newfound confidence. Best decision I made in a long time. All credit to the great work of Dr Oates.

Life changing.

I'm now 5 days post round 2 for a full 20ml Ellanse.

Yesterday it went down and today is still in that in-between process of collagen recruiting. However, way better than before.

Again, a fantastic procedure by Dr Oates who I can't thank enough. In this procedure he made everything really symmetrical and uniform and where the base had migrated is now full. With some after-care I believe it is Unnoticeable where the filler meets the pelvis.

I'll do a write up tldr to snapshot my key learnings to assist others and promote what has been a probably the world's best kept secret for men.

2 months since 20ml Ellanse.

Everything is great!

May go back for another 5ml to even out a couple areas but would be fine if I didn't. Best money spent in a long time. $16k AUD

UPDATE:

1 and a half years since my visit to Dr Oates and must say, best decision I've ever made. All the size increase is still there and has definitely improved my confidence, wellbeing and sex life. Been tempted to go back for a little more but happy with everything as is.

Keen to learn more about the head enlargement procedure and may venture down that road at some point. Ellanse was a great choice and Dr Oates should be knighted.
