TOPIC: FEB 2022 Going for 20ml Ellanse

Hi Gents,

Getting 15ml in 2 sessions by Dr Oates. Very happy to be in such experienced care and not live too far.

Figure I'll catch train and bus home so I can stand the whole way. I read some use a Hanger to keep it stretched?
I've ordered one. Still have an extender from 7 yrs ago but they seem crude and unsafe after such a proceedure. A Hanger seems easier, specially for getting around.

Will attached images to keep you posted and provide updates.

congratulations on your starting journey. I would advise against any stretching device for the first 1-2 weeks after the procedure, but of course ask dc. Oates about it.
In case better to choose a vacuum cap like Phallosan.
You can use Cialis before and after to reduce shrinkage, and massage it as your doctor will indicate, if needed.
What is your starting size?

Thanks for the advice. I was going off the after-care post by Texas, but he meant with an ankle strap & noose instead of a weight I think?

After reading another post I'm feeling like I should just go for collagen stimulator instead of HA if it means possible 7 years product.

As a first timer I would instead go as planned with HA, it's reversable and you can always go for a more permanent solution in the future.
Remember that there are several testimonials of repeating patients who got a very long lifespan even with HA after the 3rd procedure.
But it's still reversable and easier to manage at first.
For the aftercare again I suggest you ask dr. Oates, every aftercare is different and also depends which kind of product has been used, and how much.
With dr. Oates you're in very good hands.

After reading a few more posts, I've decided to go with 20ml of Ellanse.

I have a gel lint roller but wanted to know if there's any better devices for molding?

I think you've made a very good choice to go with Ellanse. I had my first treatment of 15ml Ellanse with Dr Dahn in Melbourne on 20th January and I'm amazed with the results. I didn't use any rolling or stretching devices, just did the hand massage as Dr Dahn showed me. There was one spot halfway along the right side that no matter how much I tried I couldn't move the filler into and I feel that a roller would have made no difference there anyhow. At my review a few days ago Dr Dahn told me all is looking perfectly fine and the low spot I mentioned as well as the base area will be filled next month when I get another 10ml.

Hope it all goes well for you as I'm certain it will given that you're seeing Dr Oates. You'll be surprised how easy the procedure is, nothing at all to worry about.

Really good to know you can use a basic after-care process and not get too technical. Just avoid it bunching up.

Hi Gents,

Just had my first session today with Dr Oates. This was a quick and painless procedure and he deserves all credit given to him. I think going to the dentist is a lot more stressfull and I have a pretty good dentist.

Received 13ml today and back in 2 weeks for the remainder. Had meetings all day after the procedure and after coming home it all looks better than I could have imagined. Really happy with the result so far and will do my best following all the advice.

Great results, the first picture in the post above mine really shows how noticeable the gains are.

Should I expect a .5 reduction after swelling goes down?

I'd say a bit less than .5 , but every one is different
You should see final results by about day 14 imho .
