This morning. Little more puffy on left side. About 5 and an 1/8 Girth Flaccid. Looked huge last night Erect. Didn’t measure - was just trying to mould it a little.

I’d say a little - .25 to .50 depending on quality of Erection. Dr. Carney said he got about 2 inches of Flaccid with the repositioning. So it’s not going to add 2 inches to your Erect penis unless you have a lot of fat around your base. If I lose weight and eat correct - I’d have well over 6 inches. I’ve seen my penis at 7% body fat - it was impressive before all of this. So if you have a little tummy - do a bone press measurement and see what is hidden. Dr Carney does a lipo suction procedure with an enhancement also. Might add some. The lig cut is mainly going to add Flaccid length in my experience.

I have the scar - it’s there. So I’m married and don’t have to explain it to any one. I kind of wish I would have just started with some HA and seen what I got with it. I will say I haven’t been stretching since the Bellafill. When I’m stretching and consistent - the hang from the repositioning as nice.

@Pauly33 . What I’m struggling to understand is why you went with HA after Bellafill? Could you not have just gone for additional rounds of Bellafill? Help me undsstand why you went with HA, which will dissolve over time.

I put it in my posts above. I love Dr Carney, but the travel and time off from work isn’t cost effective for me right now.

I found a reputable plastic surgeon in Tampa who performs PWAG with fillers and fat transfers. He no longer uses Bellafill in any of his procedures - penis, face, etc. This was due to some of his patients (also corrections he’s had to do from other doctors) forming nodules that cannot be dissolved or fixed without surgery. So he has stopped using Bellafill in his practice.

So I went with HA. I went with a lot more this time - 5 syringes of Bellafill at .8 to 11 syringes of Revanesse at 1.2. If it didn’t look right - I can reverse. I couldn’t reverse with Bellafill, I have a few small nodules, nothing bad but around my Foreskin, probably due to my Circumcision at birth. Weird, you don’t notice anything - but when you fill your penis full of filler, you notice everything about your Circumcision. Like my skin is tighter on the right. Left gets puffy because it’s a little looser over there.

I like the heft of this, it’s still a bit puffy, but I went from up a 1in and 1/8 Girth Flaccid and am swinging over 6 Erect. It’s huge!!! But have to make sure my wife likes it and handle it. Having a 6in Girth penis is great for my head, but if wife can’t enjoy it, then know I can’t do PMMA that big.

It’s all just testing stuff out.

Not bad - haven’t lost too much.

A few weeks past now. Settled nicely, little puffy on left side still and a small Nodule from Bellafill on right. Might get a touch up on a few months. Still thick with an Erection!!!!

I think your result looks great! I like how your shaft is slightly bigger than your glans. After I had dermal fat graft 3 months ago it ended up the opposite: my glans is bigger than my shaft, and I am having a hard time to accept the appearance. If I were to guess, it might look more to my liking if I were to get Circumcised.

I had ligament cut at the same time, and I read that you had ligament cut too. I am curious if you noticed any of the possible complications? Decreased penile stability? Downward Erection angle?

I have not been able to try having sex after the surgery, because I got some Phimosis that seem to be resolving, however it has been hard to evaluate the penile stability and Erection angle.

With the Girth widening with the dermal fat graft, the penis is definitely heavier, and I guess this might make it harder to have a pointing Erection?. I also feel like the penis is slightly rigid, but I think it might be the dermal fat graft, rather than a result of the ligament cut. I am very curious as such how it will feel when I will have sex, and whether or not I will notice any loss of penile stability?

I didn’t notice an angle change after the lig cut and reposition. Know with the filler and weight I notice a little different because of the weight.

I need some touch up and have to pay more attention during the shaping phase. Maybe get a wrap to help mold how I want it.

Curious why didn’t you do the fat transfer when you did the length? What made you go with the PMMA over the fat transfer. Thanks

Ligamentolysis is a surgery, so there will be a long recovery time. It seems usually the results are not so satisfactory, and you really need to be committed to stretching afterwards. Why don't you start with thickening? FFT is certainly an option, but I think HA would be a better choice.

From everything that I've read if you want both length and Girth, it's best to get the length first. But they can also be done at the same time.
