TOPIC: PMMA or Fat Transfer??? (Photos Inside)

I got the MegaMaXL about 6 months ago.

Going back to Dr Carney at Morganstern now for the Girth enhancement. They offer two “permanent” options - what they are known for - the Fat Transfer! They are also offering PMMA (I believe she said Bellafill).

What’s the verdict guys? Fat or PMMA? It will be Dr Carney doing the procedure - I know some guys have gotten the HA with him and are extremely happy with results. I had the MegaMaXL with him and am happy with those results.

I’d absolutely go with PMMA. Honestly, I’m not really sure why anyone would do fat transfer nowadays. It’s obsolete, in my opinion.

If I were you, I would do PMMA in Tijuana and save some money.

It looked awesome last night - long and thick - Dr Carney got some good pics - I was racing to airport.

This morning the bandage is a little bunches up. Can’t warp with hot towels until tomorrow and start rolling till tomorrow. Can’t get any attachments on it to stretch - so trying to stand as much and pull a little.

Dick is looking pretty beat up.

Soaking and stretching now / someone tell me this normal.

It looked amazing when Dr Carney was done.

Now it’s small and black and blue!!!

Oh yeah, I remember that color well. And all the emotions that came with it. Stay strong and keep your head.

On my first round, Mine actually got shorter for a bit, before eventually coming back. And, that is one reason for my insistent reminding of immediate stretching from the head/glans; to help avoid any retraction. Which was accomplished on rounds two and three.
