TOPIC: Dr Rian Maercks, Miami, Fl

Has anyone had any experience with Dr Rain Maercks at Miami Phalloplasty? There is very little info on his web site, but he claims reliable length and Girth increase with no cutting. Doesn't even seem possible.

Thank you Briceb for the reply. Do you have any info on what Dr Rian does for length? His site says that he doesn't cut the ligs, but that he pushes the internal portion away from the abdomen. Any idea how he does this? With fat and stem cells?

I honestly do not have a clue unless he just means that the Flaccid size should be longer after the fat transfer.

Hi, I was wondering if anyone has experiance with this doctor or any info on his Phalloplasty technique ? I was wondering what is the pros and cons of its since he mentions using some fat transfer and stem cell to increase both Girth and length, but when I tried googling info I only see info on Girth only..

Some Australian site mentioned something about if you have very short Flaccid then you most likely see incredible increase in Erect size but if u have longer Flaccid you won't see much size increase in length

Overall I'm trying to find a much safer route for both length and Girth togther and deciding if rian is good or to use dr Elliot heller (I'll post my question about him on the other thread)

I emailed Dr.rian he responds really fast and extremely nice guy. The only issue is that I was not able to see pics, he said he will show either thru Skype or meeting at his office, which is understandable since he doesn't want pics to go all over the Internet . It be nice if someone gave their own reviews on him. I couldn't find anything bad on the Internet

Hey Oslo. I had the same experience with Dr Rian. I havent pursued anything more than talking to him in the phone. He says he gets great results and didn't seem pushy at all. He did tell me to never let anyone near my penis with a scalpel. He said that the fat he sucks out doesn't absorb because of how slowly he extracts it. Not sure about that, but he seems to have a very good reputation.

Yes I do have experience with Dr. Maercks. He performed Phalloplasty on me in June, 2016. And let me tell you a few things. First, he literally gave me the ideal Erect and flacciid penis both in length and Girth from a woman's perspective. My fianc' can't even fit her hand around it and has screaming orgasms now. He increases the length by going BEHIND your penis and using the fat transfer technique to push it forward AND, the guy is such a perfectionist he makes your scrodum bigger too to match the new size of your penis do everything is balanced. I spent about 30-40hours researching Phalloplasty before I decided on the METHOD (silicone, implant, dermal fat transfer). Don't ruin your life-the ONLY satisfactory way to do this is a dermal fat transfer. Next, comes down to selecting WHICH plastic surgeon to do it. After spending another 20 hours researching surgeons, I chose Dr. Maercks for several reasons. First, he went to Duke University so he''s obviously smart. Second, if you watch his videos on realself you get to the point where it becomes clear this guy is not only very smart, he has a real passion for what he does. Third, since the KEY to Phalloplasty is to give you the most perfect penis possible.....symmetry of the way your penis looks is critical so -- that being said --- look at Dr. Maercks Chroniofacial experience which proved to me that if he can reconstruct someone's face, he can make my penis not only be big, but symmetrically beautiful. I already told Dr. Maercks I would be a telephone reference for him and have no problem sending before after photos. Dr. Maercks changed my life and the change is PERANENT since a stem cell dermal fat transfer of your own fat means the change is lasting. I do, however, appreciate the results Dr. Maercks got me, so as a showing of appreciation I found this site via search and posted my thoughts. As far as your statement above "I want a d*ck expert working on my d*ck", check out the Miami doctor that claims to be the expert in this area and how his pricing is, literally, structured in "package deals" called The Double Play & The Triple Play. Then, watch his YouTube videos with a whole bunch of dildos on a table. No offense sir, but if you were right about you're view on the best Phalloplasty method, your username probably wouldn't be "smalljay"

A Phalloplasty patient should not necessarily be looking for a plastic surgeon that only does Phalloplasty. He, in my view, should be taking a broader range of things into consideration. I wrote this and last post from my iPhone. I will post some pics in a day or so. You can judge for yourself the results. In terms of smalljay saying no doctor can provide reliable length, my penis Erect is 3/4th of an Inch longer when Erect and is now 7 1/2 inches in Girth when Erect. I personally don't really care what it's size is placid so I have not measured that's but I will tell you it's much, much bigger.

In terms of "smalljay"' saying the look and feel of a penis from a dermal fat transfer being detectably different - well - my fianc' would whole heartedly disagree with you.

You found this site and registered at the same time as Dr Maercks. Are you saying that is just one incredible coincidence?

Is the fact Dr Maercks was posting from the exact same computer that someone asking questions about him an incredible coincidence as well?

Guys! Dr. Maercks shot me an email. It basically said "hey Jeff, people are asking about me on this blog (and gave me a few links). Would you mind sgmharing your experience with them? So that's what happened it is not a coincidence. There is no foul play here fellas. I tried to upload my pics last night for some reason seems they didn't post but I'm on my iPhone maybe they did. I'll try again. But don't ban the guy. Seriously. Dr. Maercks is legitimate.

Lastly, if you are suggesting he made a post from the same computer(up address) as him---, I live 300 miles away from him so not sure how that could be possible
