Also, since I am new I hope I'm not posting in the wrong place? my request which is - I am going to an adults only resort June 19 - 24. In about 90 days.

I have always been insecure about my Flaccid state which is about 2.5 inches in length and Erect length 6 inches and Girth 5.25.

I am considering PMMA and ligament surgery. What is my best plan to get maximum benefit and be able to precover by trip. What is going to be my most productive time spent over next 90 days to help my situation?

To be honest I wouldn't bother with the lig cut if I were you. Just use a stretching device. The Girth procedure will make your Flaccid look bigger. The lig cut isn't particularly effective and you could end up with a nasty scar.
