What would be the end result of such a disaster? Say a guy has a dent filled in with Silikon micro droplets and in 5 years time his body starts to reject the Silikon, what do you think will be done to correct this? You've seen guys on this site have problems with PMMA. Darkstaff, FranBerlin and Resoration spring to mind. Doesn't their experiences suggest that the problematic area would just be cut out?

I'm not saying it's not unpleasant or without risk to have lump removed from your penis. But in terms of what you have seen on this forum, would the scarring be anywhere near as bad or as noticeable as a huge T incision in the groin? Is the surgery anywhere near as invasive as taking the flaps from this T incision and holding them open so a surgeon can get access to the deep supporting ligaments that hold the penis is place and then cut through them?

Let's say there is a 10% chance (I can't believe it will be anywhere near that amount) that the Silikon will need to be removed. Doesn't that mean there is a 10% chance the patient will have to have surgery and face the risks that go along with it and the chance of a noticeable scar? Though on the penis, I'd imagine that in most cases the circ scar line can be used to gain access to the inflamed tissue.

Now with Dr Ress's lengthening procedure, isn't there a 100% chance that the patient will have to run the risks involved with an invasive surgery and will certainly have a large scar in the pubic area?

Your post history suggests that if one of our members had to have Silikon1000 removed and for some bizarre reason the Dr did it by creating a huge T shape incision in the pubic area, which is viable, though unnecessary, you'd be all over that thread.

Yet the other day, in the thread about Dr Ress's new lengthening procedure you wrote:

"Happy and excited for both of you !" regarding a guy who has had the procedure and another guy who is planning to have the procedure. Even though one of those guys is black skinned and thus more likely to scar badly and he has already expressed many times that he is depressed about the look of his penis. Doesn't that seem like a a recipe for disaster to you?

I don't recall you saying anything positive about permanent fillers and I always thought the reason you were against them is because you know the dangers involved in surgery to the penis. Yet here you are saying you are exited about guys undergoing an experimental surgery, that is going to more dangerous and invasive than the majority of surgeries needed to correct issues with permanent fillers. There seems to be a contradiction there. You've often been dismissive of people going to Mexico for procedures, yet you were damaged in the US and you've seen loads of guys here damaged in the US. So why is it so nice a Dr is in the USA. He's still performing an invasive penis surgery, that will leave scarring?

In short, why is having a tiny amount of Silikon1000 injected in Mexico a "recipe for disaster," whilst an invasive surgery in the US is something to be "happy" about?

Certainly the silicone could be excised as you suggest. I am worried though the remaining tissue could form a permanent hard internal implant scar which adheres to the skin. This would potentially result in an area of the skin which is anchored and causes tearing during sex. This can happen with FFT (painful adhesions where the skin does not move evenly on the shaft). For some reason PMMA Nodule excision does not seem to introduce this problem as to my knowledge none have been reported. I am not clear why this is the case. The good news is that PMMA Nodule Removal although still carrying risk has not appeared to lead to long term functional problems like that of FFT. I am not sure which camp silicone will end up in but why take the risk ?

Another worry is the women who have leaking silicone from implants report autoimmune issues and chronic pain even after implant Removal. Of course they are dealing with much larger volumes so this is not an apples to apples comparison, but it is worth noting. And one could reasonably suggest that having two different types of filler in the penis could double the risk of developing granulomas.

PMMA tissue is fibrotic scar tissue, but is is still is comprised of living cells which require blood and lymph fluid from surrounding tissue. I would be concerned that adding a plane of silicone would reduce the odds of the adjacent PMMA tissue remaining healthy as it already has a compromised blood supply due to its fibrotic composition (ie the likely reason nodules form in the first place esp with high volumes of 30%).

Regarding the lig cut I was not aware of guys having major complications from lengthening surgery but your post suggests I am wrong. So I am glad you brought this up. I have mainly witnessed failures from Girth enlargement both in the US and abroad. I definitely would not want someone to expose themselves to undue risk regardless of where the procedure is performed. And certainly I would not recommend enhancement surgery of any kind to someone battling mental illness such as depression. I appreciate you pointing out the contradiction in my posts. I hope guys consider the potential dangers of working with Dr Ress. Especially given the lack of data and the fact he has not outlined exactly what the procedure entails. I am sure Hoddle knows more about lig cut outcomes than myself so I would take his cautions seriously.

You are confusing liquid silicone and Silikon 1000. It's like comparing liquid acrylic (if there is such a thing) with Aretfil or Linnea Safe. Silikon1000 works in the same way as PMMA. Instead of PMMA micro-spheres being encapsulated in collagen, silicone micro droplets are. The concerns you've expressed are related to liquid silicone. Silikon1000 complications are treated in the same way as other particulate fillers like Radiesse and PMMA.

I think a regular touch up appointment consisting of small amounts of PMMA and micro droplets will be perfect for my unit. I will post clearer pictures soon to give you guys an idea of where I want the material to go.

My fault for not keeping you updated on my progress. I'm going in Tuesday for my 2nd full session. I have a lot of irregularities, mainly gaps of PMMA that I hope to fill in to smoother things out.

My consern is that I wont be able to come in for a follow up the next day b.c I was a dumbass and booked my flight for that day. I remember how crucial the follow up w Christian was b.c my penis was a mess and he really evened things out a bit. I wont have that luxury of Christian b.c I will be leaving and its making me anxious. Any thoughts?? I guess I'm going to have to really shale things and take control of my unit.

I'm planning on doing that for the second round too. I think you need to just be mindful of the massaging. It's not hard. You've been through 1 round so I would bet you'll be fine.

If you are really worried then re-book your flight - it'll cost you $50 or so. You'll need a room too. That's another $90. Pretty cheap consider what you're in for in total.

As you notice there are obvious issues with the left side where it looks like a zig zag. Lots of product in the middle and it leaves the base and the area below the head disproportionate. I will have dr c. Apply the product below the head and towards the base. Wish me luck.

Finished up my 2nd session today and things looks good.. 24cc I think and it really beefed me up. They had a lot f irregularities to correct and they did a good job. Now its up to me to keel things even.
