Well I made it Tijuana, guys. The flight into SD was easy and the driver was there to pick me up on time and drive me to the Grand Hotel. Since my apt isn't until tomorrow, I stopped by Avant Derma and introduced myself to the women at the front desk. Unfortunately Dr.C and Wade weren't in the office but she said they will be happy to see me tomorrow. I can't believe I'm actually doing this but I know I need to do this for me and my self esteem.

How did it go bro?

Everything went perfect. Sat in a room and did paper work, then wade walked in and we talked a little about why I was here and what I hoped to get out of it. We all went in the operating room, they took some pictures then Dr. C numbed me which barely hurt, felt like a little pinch. Dr.C then applied the PMMA in all areas and finally Wade worked the material for a good 30 minutes then pit on the ESL stretcher and sent me on my way. I will post pics soon.

Day 5 Post Op

Sorry I haven't kept you guys posted...

The first 8-10 hours following the procedure I wasn't massaging my Dick as much as I should have and when I woke up the next day there was an obvious bulge in the middle of my shaft, filled with PMMA. Wade massaged it back into place and sent me on my way but it never fully recovered.

When I returned from Tijuana I was pretty stressed so I wrapped an ACE bandage and wore it all night to bed. When I woke up the next day it looked much better. The bulge wasn't nearly as pronounced. Seems like the pressure from the wrap flattened things out a bit.

What are your guys thoughts on wrapping going forward t keep the bulge down? Wade says I should wear it for the next couple days then take it off cuz the tissues are going to need room to grow. I agree with that but When I take the bandage off the bulge starts appearing ever so slightly. I'm definitely going to need a touch up session to make things looks better but want to know what you guys think. Thanks.

What you have now will be totally different in a couple months. Don't stress it too much

Here is what I'm talking about. You can see a bulge in the middle of the shaft that makes the sides of the shaft jet out.

Hey yungwildfree23, just wanted to know how much did you pay for the procedure? Does your Erection feel the same or perhaps better, and did you start measuring yet?

That looks really good to me. Considering how the procedure just happened, I think the bulge you see means nothing, I wouldn't stress. Most guys who end up with great results all start out with swelling and bulges that don't translate into anything down the road. I think you look great - all the don't stress stuff easier said than done though.

I had that same "battle of the bulge" with both rounds. More so with round one than round two. But it happened both times. I squeezed, rolled, and manipulated it what seemed like hourly for the first week. Well beyond the point of being able to move the PPMA and it never went completely away. Wasn't there when Erect. But was when flacid. What seemed to help more than mauling my Cock to the point that it hurt to wear clothes was wearing a stretcher. It eventually "mostly" went away. But showed back up right after round two. Now 14 days out it is probably only noticeable to me.

@indiano the price was about 2500 but you have to factor in flight, shuttle and hotel so the total cost was over 3k. Erection is good and there is definitely enhanced sensation when masturbating. I haven't measured Erect Girth but its defiantly girthier.

@timid I tried using the stretch but id rather manipulate the PMMA for a few minutes till it looks flat and good then throw on the wrap and keep things tight. Its easier and more comfortable to me. The only thing I'm concerned about is if the wrap will affect the Girth and overall collagen growth since its being suffocated. Ive been taking it off at night so the product has time to grow but idk.

ive been on a post op rollercoaster the last few days. the last time I wrote I talked about the bulge that built up in the middle that I tried go flatten using a ace bandage wrap. the reason I did this b.c I couldn't wear the stretcher for more than 30 minutes at a time without getting pain in my glans. turns out the wrap most likely pushed some of the product to the base of my Dick. IT WAS LIKE A DIME SIZE PMMA BALL ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BASE!!! Its clearly noticeable when Erect and if you squeeze the base when Flaccid you will feel it.

After a few days of struggle to push the product around, I think I finally flattened it out tonight. It felt flattened a few minutes ago so I tightly wrapped it with the bandage at the base then wrapped slightly looser on the upper part of the shaft up to the glans.

I hope I wake up tomorrow and the PMMA has settled in a more flattened state.

Update: bulge is still noticeable on left side when Erect. I am continuing to mold it even though it is very stubborn.

You are 14 days post. You are going to find it extremely difficult, if not impossible, to move, mold and relocate the PMMA at this point. Although, I guess it does not hurt to give it a shot. You may find that in time it evens out. I had a slight bulge on the side of mine and you cannot even see it now.

Briceb, do you think yours evened out when the collagen formed or some other way?
