My first 10% round I gained very very little, but after that I got 10%, 20% and 30% all of which gave me noticeable gains. I have lost a bit of Girth in the last year, but I think that is nothing to do with the product itself. FYI, I am all for investigating the product as suggested by another thread. I am planning to go in for my final corrective round and to be honest I can't afford to lose any money like most everyone here....

11 years 8 months ago #1285022567I have been reading about PMMA and other fillers for years and I am confident of my understanding of how the product works. But that does not mean that I ignore the concerns of others who have actually had the procedure. While their concerns are valid, one must view them on a case by case basis because each patient has a number of various variables, as some have noted. These variables will have an impact on ones mental recovery and physical outcomes especially if they negate growth and positive results, in this case a "bigger Dick". So.... if you want to help increase your gains.. drop some weight "belly fat", work out to help increase blood flow and over all health, stop smoking, decrease ETOH consumption, eat healthy and take better care of you. Find a personal balance to improve your life which still allows to you enjoy life's pleasures and your newly improved "larger" member.
That being said... I'm doing all of the above and look forward to my scheduled appointment on November 18th.. I will add photos of my starting stats to help the community as my date nears.
Best of luck to all

1. Start injecting low concentrations that don't produce gains while claiming to be injecting 30 percent.
This would result in people paying thousands of dollars for no gains, and create anger and hostility amongst customers. Sure, he could assume some people would just keep coming back like crackheads for shitty product, dreaming that one day it will actually pay off and they'll finally get the gains they're looking for.
2. Increase the price for his procedure, which is unique and high quality, the first option of its kind and one of the only providers in the world.
He could easily double the price if he wanted.
People are currently paying thousands for small gains. There is anger n hostility amongst customers.
The price has increased, dramatically.
He could EASILY charge double.
He could just as easily keep people coming back "like crackheads" with smaller gains.
People are quick to point the finger at the product, as if subpar manufacturing is more likely to blame than human greed.
Again, I'm not sure of any of this but if I were a betting man my money would not be on faulty product.

Re: Debating on waiting until the "low gains issue" is sorted out with different batches of PMMA
11 years 8 months ago #1285024666They gain absolutely nothing from disappointed patients.
Firstly, it's obvious to anyone with half a brain that poor results would simply lead to potential patients looking for alternatives. They are more than aware of their exposure on this forum!
Secondly, the big profit is from the first procedure, as follow up procedures cost less. I read on here that they were so busy they were considering scaling back the amount of PE's they do. So that suggests they have more than enough new patients, where the real money is. Why would they want to build a business model that increases the percentage of their clients that are return patients (who they profit less from), when they could easily fill their slots with new guys? Any fool can see that happy customers is the key to their success. If everyone was reporting great first round gains and less people needed to go back for further rounds, do you seriously think that would damage their business. I assure you it wouldn't, it would simply lead to increased demand and increased profits.
Thirdly, they buy PMMA in vast quantities. The cost to them would be so low, that it would hardly be worth diluting it. Somewhere on here there is a progress report from a guy who went to a Colombian Dr who was their main guy in that country. He told us how much he pays for Metacril and it was crazy cheap.
So if you follow the money, you wont end up at Dr C and Wade. An ideal business model for them would be see good aesthetic results from 1 round. If they were able to achieve that, they could put their price up to $4000 and though people would moan on here, there would be no shortage of men heading to Mexico. It's disappointing gains and guys having to go back several times which has left a lot of guys on the fence regarding this procedure. So diluting their PMMA doesn't benefit them at all.
Also we don't have anywhere near enough evidence to to know there is something wrong with the PMMA and certainly not enough to go throwing around silly accusations.
