I have started a new thread because I wanted to get as much attention, feedback and advise as possible.

Its exactly 2 weeks since I had PMMA injected in my penis, and woke up this morning to find I have lost 2inches in Erect length. I think its how the PMMA has set on the top of my penis, its inhibiting the full Erection I think...hurts a bit to when Erect

If anyone has advice or help on what to do, it would be greatly appreciated...there is a long road ahead that's for sure,

I'm down from 6inches Erect to 4inches

Happened to me an it takes almost 2 months to get it back. I think the tendons retract after the trauma. I can't say that it is all back tho. Still about 1/4 Inch short. Good luck

Just concerned that cause it's big Flaccid , the PMMA has set and therefore shorten overall Erect length...it hurts a little at the top when Erect...it's like my penis wants to stretch mite but can't..I might give it a light stretch when Erect...

It was about an Inch and I felt the same way. I just pulled on it in a downward direction as the pain subsided. 6 Inch Erect to 5 Inch. I also used weight Hanging towards the end. The tendons just have to be stretched back. It felt like PMMA/collagen was connected to them.

Hi guys...a little update...seems around an Inch has been lost dependent on where you measure..there is a gap before the base which is much larger and therefore makes it look a lot shorter and if I measure from there it's 2 inches, however once I get the gaped filled, it won't look as short....have definitely lost some length....nine pressed though when Erect is inky an Inch...hopefully with some stretching it comes back...I just hope it hasn't been lost at the top where the majority of the PMMA set in! It is pulling the bottom circumssion line as now my shaft is level with my glands...I had a wiered circumssion...it's like a most!,Still a little saw inside the groin area where ligs are, so hopefully with a bit of healing and stretching I get some length back, confident I will..

Today was also the lowest point of Flaccid, looked really small!! Which didn't help with the loss of length, I watched some porn to get an Erection and still sitting around 5inches Girth..17 days out.....hopefully it stays around there!!

To finish, I know there still is a road ahead to achieve the penis I want, and I am willing and determine to go any lengths! Hahahahaha

I will post this in my progress report as well and from now on, will continue to post there to keep it in order

This is very concerning to me , I hope you regain the lost length . Also this trend should have more attention considering that itit's regarding PMMA.

Yeah so do I. The main concern is that I am not getting full erections in the morning now..when I push manually, it hurts a little and when I get a full Erection, it doesn't maintain for long, this could be partly mental as well, but it feels constrained like it wants to get bigger.

The top part of the shaft skin is moveable then below the Nodule near the base, there is very little movement like it's stuck. Am in contact with Dr C and seeing a plastic surgeon next week, not sure what they can do..will wait to hear back from Dr C. Have provided then with lots of info, photos and video.

Maybe they can break up the PMMA in the base if stuck. Maybe I just need to use ADS for a bit..Maybe I need some scans to see if anything has fused, but shit ain't right, even though early days. The last thing I want to do is get degloved and this shit removed..then I will have a fuckes up Dick for sure..

Pretty devo about the whole thing

Fingers crosses for a positive outcome..will keep everyone posted. All I can say is should have seen Dr C and aftercare is vital.

It's as I suspected, you've got a skin adhesion. Your uncut, so your skin is much more mobile. The PMMA has fused to the skin and it can't retract properly.

You don't need to go to a plastic surgeon or be in contact with Dr C. Dr C himself has done the same to members here.

You just need to relax, give it week or so and then start stretching. You'll get most of the length back and then we can identify where the adhesion is and plan how to release it.

There is nothing wrong with the PMMA itself, so there is really no point stressing yourself out and consulting with Dr's etc. I know exactly what the problem is.

It's 5 am here now, but I'll go into more detail tomorrow and maybe draw some pictures.

You are going to have to buy a stretcher device. But the main thing is you don't have a major problem or anything.

Hi mate, Thanks for that but I am Circumcised, does this effect your opinion?

I really appreciate you help with this. If it's helpful I can send you a video of mme Flaccid moving around the skin. You will krone that the top part is mobile..the shaft now meets the gland where before it didn't. But the base seems stuck.

It makes no difference. You've probably got a loose cut circ.

Erect vids are much more useful than Flaccid. But to be honest I don't need to see it.

I don't understand what you mean by "the shaft meets the gland where it didn't before. Maybe some before and after photos would help.

But the main thing you need to do is get a stretcher. I think fixing an adhesion will be easier once everything has softened. But you'll be able get the majority of your length back before that by stretching.

How are the Girth gains coming along?

I've really got to get some sleep now, but I'll check in tomorrow. But don't stress as I've had an adhesion myself for about 3 years. I got my length back surprisingly quickly once I started stretching.
