TOPIC: Making my decision

I'm new on the forum, and I'm very glad that I have found out about it since it has tons of valuable information on enhancement. Anyway my story is no different than most of the members here. I'm interested in options for Girth enhancement, and to be very honest I never knew about PMMA until I came here. It has captured my attention so far, and am willing to go ahead and try it out. I'm pretty much a "why not " guy so I will do it sooner or later. My stats are within normal range 6,4 BPEL 4,75 mseg. I'm not trying to become huge, just to get to the 5,5 Girth mark which is in my opinion attainable and will be a huge confidence booster (thx to the lots of pictures from members on the forum).Anyway, I live in Europe and the main reason I posted this thread is because I need an opinion from more experienced guys on this very informative forum, about whom should I consider in EU ( I read about this women in Prague).

Lol! 5.5 in is your goal? I said the exact same thing, but my round two took me to 6 in, and then I lost a little. I'm sitting at 5.75 and want t get back to 6. Good luck on sticking with 5.5!

Interesting thought Wingman. I probably will think the same way you are after doing one round, but can't really tell now for sure because I haven't done nothing yet. Anyway I haven't addressed another issue, which I believe has been a concern in other members, I shrink a lot. Don't know why but my Flaccid state seems to vary a lot and at times it is pretty poor, to a point that I can't imagine where does all the meat come from when Erect ( after workout at the gym it's really small, in a club among lots of people same thing, when anxious don't even ask , ). So this is probably my major concern and am shooting for a nice Flaccid hang at all times. (the freedom of pulling your penis out in front of a girl, without having to think twice if it has turtle d)
Right now I'm just doing my homework on this site and exploring as much as I can.

Ok, finally i have made an appointment on the 11th of October and am flying in the day before that to get my self ready. I am taking the PMMA plunge with dr. Nemeckova in Prague. Any members here that have done that are more than welcome to share any advice and experience although I have read many threads already. Any supplements recommended for better collagen growth or anything else to make my Flaccid hang lower cuz I'm pretty sure when I show up at the clinic I will turtle as a mother....er . Also, post op what should I be doing, should I take Cialis or viagra to keep hard erections for hours or just let it hang there.. Should I massage or no massage, I will use the advises given from doctor C about post op care that I have read around here, but anything else added from fellow members of the board are more than welcome, so please don't hesitate to write anything that will keep me positive...

but can't find any reference to penis enhancement. does Dr. Nemeckova have considerable experienced in the PMMA procedure for penis enhancement? what quantity and concentration are you looking to have injected? PMMA seems to be the safest (long-term) method for girth enhancement ATM. fat transfer and implants, which are far more invasive, seem to have some shocking complications and widely varying results.

of the PMMA procedures I've read about on this site, the vast majority seem to have good results and few if any complications other than basic bruising, swelling, and slight discrepancies in the distribution of the filler.

She has done some work and people from the forum have went there. I have read some threads with encouraging results, olafspo, eastender etc... I have no idea of quantity and concentration, i will talk that through on the appointment day. My penis is cone shaped meaning Im thicker at the base and get narrow before the glans with smaller glance than the shaft. Also uneven (my right side is thicker then my let side of the shaft, but you can't tell that on Flaccid state only when Erect.) So what is the best approach for a cone shaped Dick, i would like to have more injected towards the mid and before the glance so it can be somewhat even, but i guess they don't inject before the glance because of the sensitivity of the place. Any advice on that matter????

just did PMMA first round in prague, like an hour ago...i rrrealy need some advice for post op care, as for now i dont feel any pain but the PMMA seems to bunch up as i turtled outside on the cold.... so advices from experienced members are very very needed... peace

As I could read you should keep it as Erect as you can. Take viagra or Cialis and massage it a lot. Some guys reported few hours of sleep in order to do so.

wooow , i dont have any viagra but i will get an Erection just about now and see hat happenes, anyway the doctor didnt say anything like that..my Flaccid looks pretty weird and the PMMA is bunching up when i dont keep it stretches, so that is pretty much what I am doing right now...

I know I told you I don't know much about post op care, but I do know you definitely don't want it to turtle. PMMA sets pretty quickly when the carrier is water based. So over the next couple of days don't let it turtle.

The cold weather in Prague is not something we've thought of before. Nearly everyone gets it done in Mexico. Winter in Prague is bound to have an effect on how the penis hangs and therefore something that needs to be considered in post op protocol.

Buy Cialis, not Viagra. Viagra doesn't make much sense, as it just last 4 or so hours. Cialis will help you hang better for the next couple of days.

If you've never done it before, you might need to know that it can cause for a bit of blurred vision, a bit of snuffed nose, facial redness and slight muscle ache. It's not a big deal, but just be aware of thee sides otherwise you might start to panic and think the PMMA is doing it to you!

im feeling pretty tired now because i have had a long day, but i happen to have a big bump on the top of the shaft between the base and the middle, it is swelling in my opinion. although I dont feel any pain or discomfort, it simply can' the PMMA since i only had 10 cc of 10%. my Erect was very thick, but i will se what happens tommorow...

Viagra and Cialas work in different paths in the body/penis for Erection. As H10 said, you want Cialis. It lasts longer and keeps the penis more semi Erect, BUT, you will need a stimuli to get an Erection where as Viagra will give you an Erection on its own but lasts a few hours, Cialis lasts up to 72 hours, they claim.

When I go to Dr C, I take a Cialis the day before the op and then another one the day of the op, it keep the Flaccid almost as long as the Erect, for me any way for about 4-5 days.

Keep an eye on that bump on the middle in case it is an infection you need to tell your Dr. BTW, did she give you any anti biotics?
