Little bit of an update.

10/6/12 MSEG 5.5"

A gain thus far of 1/4" but there's still time to go either way.

I had sex for the first time since this gain on the 1st. It was an afternoon event which is a little rare. We've been together 11yrs. She spent a lot more time than ever before with me just inside of her to the base which is 6" EG now. Pros and cons? Pros are that Girth has again proven to be preferred to length for her.. Not saying she doesn't like a long one but this was Very effective. Cons are that we tried again on the 5th (yesterday) and she was too sore from he previous time. Tried lube but after a cpl min she pushed me away. Said she'd have I get use to it if it stayed that size or more. Guess it's not a horrible con but its new to us to have to take it so carefully.

She'll get used to it brother. Even more if you opt for it. Once she is used to it, you better start taking some vitamins! lol

Thanks Big John. I think I am getting some collagen growth now. Noticable I mean. The right side near the glans has an almost rectangular shaped raised area that's cropped up in the last cpl days. I'm assuming its all normal. Last cpl rounds were more evenly acquired but who knows. A little sore too when Erect fully and I grab it, for lack of a tactful way to say it. I did have that before but it subsided in due time. I did measure and am at 5 9/16" MSEG.

So I basically stayed at at 5.5" for a while then down to 5 7/16", awhile later was back to 5.5" and a cpl weeks later I'm at 5 9/16"....that's a gain of 5/16" from pre-op round 3 stats in the last five and a half weeks.

Wife has been depressed/stressed etc as she just turned 40 the 28th. No new sex but maybe I can find a surrogate to give me a second opinion!

After reading some other posts of what does and does not seem to have an impact on final PMMA outcome I think I am going to modify my approach a bit.

I did a little pumping occasionally before my round one and until now had not related the two together. Someone pointed out that collagen tends to form better under more pliable skin and I know my skin has been pretty tight since round 2 for sure. I have done no pumping since round 2 as I was pretty happy with my results and how it felt to use it. My round 3 results 6 and a half weeks out are less than perfect. I have several hard nodules for lack of a better word that are very obvious when touched and a cpl that can be seen. I waited only a cpl months between the first 2 very successful rounds and waited almost a year for this round.

My new plan?

Begin a fairly regular pumping routine. Restart my Hanging routine to add length. Go Back to massaging the Mothers Friend skin conditioning cream onto my penis. Wait no more than end of year (4 mos from round 3) to get a round 4....hopefully the finale TJ trip for me.

Any advice?

One other thing. I took a collagen suppliment I bought on Amazon that I read about in here last year. I took it agressivley through both of my first 2 rounds. Will take that again with round 4.

Thanks bud! Hey, what collagen supplement was it that you bought on Amazon and keep me posted on how the pumping goes for you. I have been pumping to loosen things up before round 1, but wasn't sure if it was safe to pump after PMMA? Did you pump after round 1? If so how soon?

Little bit of nodules left to the touch but have faded some. Seem to have settled at 5 3/8" MSEG. Not much of a gain from round 2 measurements to be honest. Just a quick update.

I have been following a friend who just had the lig cut done last week by Dr Camancho and now I am very interested in moving in that direction. I am trying to stay clear headed about it all and not get carried away but with what Dr Casavantes has done so well for me at least it is so very tempting. Will surely report on that too if I head down that road.

I have, after 20+ actual years of research and longing (no pun intended) decided to go forward with the Ligament Cutting procedure. I have the surgery scheduled for January 10th with Dr Camacho's office. I have been in constant email and phone communication with his assistant Clarissa and she has been extremely helpful. I am going to do the scrotal approach to reduce visible scarring as I always keep my pubic area shaven. I've no doubt I have to dedication to stretch or hang post op which is the only real concern most doctors have from my research. I am going it get the most bang for my buck! (damn, so this is where all the puns come from? Guys talking about their penises!)

I am holding steady at 6 1/4" BPEL X 5 3/8" MSEG

I have had 3 rounds of PMMA and the 3rd was a bit of a dud. Dr Casavantes used to only allow 3rnds but will do 4 now so I am going to make the very best of my last shot at Girth and go back to him after 6mos of post op stretching/Hanging.

My goal is realistic I think considering I started at 5 3/8" BPEL X 4 1/2" MSEG

I intend to end up at least 7 1/4" BPEL X 6" MSEG

Found my Before pic on Dr C's patient pic page. I took a new pic today with similar lighting, angle and distance. Cropped them together. Notice the mole in the pubic region as an excellent reference for perspective. I'm about 3 mos post Rnd 3 I think.
