Today's the day! Round 3 at 4:30 Tiajuana time. Dr C's office said the shuttle was picking me up at the airport in San Diego at 1pm then picking another person up and bringing us both in. Wonder who's joining me? Taking pics now. With tape measure, with my pre-PMMA molded penis, with an empty tp roll. Just to have some kind of mostly universal visual references.

4cc's of 10%

I told Doc that the glans being smaller was no longer an issue. I wanted to shoot for my 6" mid / avg Girth goal. He seems confident this'll do it. Pics ready to post of course. You know me

Much less swelling than last 2 times. I'm keeping it wrapped and tethered to my leg. I wrapped it tight during a solid erection. It's what I did before and Dr C, Wade and crew asked me multiple times what my post op routine was as my results were perfect by their standards. Please know I'm not bragging but they said they just don't yet know the magic solution to good post op for optimized end results and are taking Our input to . I will tell you that in lieu of a lot of kneeding the shaft with fingers, I get erect and roll it between my palms like making spaghetti out of a ball of dough. If I made spaghetti lol. I do push and kneed if a lump pops up but follow up with the rolling. Pics when we can post hem again if all this.

I'm only a bit concerned by the fact that, historically it swells larger than the end result then shrinks, then grows to somewhere in between. I haven't swollen up to even my desired results. As always with PMMA...time will tell.

On a side note I asked if PMMA in muscles like biceps did the same thing. Swelled then subsided. He said nope, a little discomfort for 2-3 days and u get what u get. Pretty straight forward. And about 2k for biceps. Just fyi.

Does this PMMA take care of turtleing after round 3 ? I will be going to get my round 1 in nov.

Not sure. Need at least 3-4 weeks to get an idea of where I may settle. Twice that long to be sure but Dr C does go heavy at the base deep inside it seems and that made each previous round improve Turtling for me. My base was pretty set so this round was all about filling the shaft out and toward the glans. Best of luck to you. These guys are pretty remarkable and thats after 3 visits for me.

Round 3 Day 3....So far so good. No bumps or lumps. Def larger Flaccid but nothing major Erect. Not gonna report out daily but will check back in as collagen growth starts up.

I would like some veteran advice please. My concern had been a lack of swelling. My wife made an interesting suggestion as to a possible reason why. Dr C had to put copious amounts of Lidocaine in me. For some reason I just wouldn't numb up. Eventually I just said the heck with it and dealt with the pain. Could all the extra numbing agent have helped to relieve the stress on the tissue thus reducing the post op swelling? Perhaps now I'm just in the collagen growth waiting period? Would someone chime in with more understanding than I on this? Thanks

Pre-op rnd 3. 10 months post rnd 2. I posed beside my mold of my pre-PMMA penis as well for reference.

Post op day 1 PMMA round 3. 9/6/12

Day 3 post rnd 3. Some discoloration but not too bad. No length lost.

And Day 5 post rnd 3. Spacing out more on my post op posts from here out a bit. I am posting this on day 9 post op and I am still sore when Erect. I have at least 2 "lumps" under the skin at incision sites I believe that are felt when Erect and a bit Flaccid. Will wait and see. Did not have any post op previous 2 rounds.

So far I'm a solid 5.5" at tip and mid. 6 1/8" at base. The insertion point hard bump at the right behind the glans and at the base are pretty well felt when Erect. This was supposed to be last trip to Dr C but may need another if things don't soften up significantly.

I had palpable bumps at the base (presumably entry points, not 100% sure though) after Round 1 which eventually softened up over time and now seem to be gone entirely. Give it some time before seeking out correction. The bumps near the glans I'm not so sure about.

Very good to hear my friend. Not looking for an excuse for a future round lol. Honest!
