Thanks Captain! I hope so. I have no need for condoms. I'm fixed. Due to job requirements, I'll have to wait until January for Round 2. Wife wants another full round and so do I. I'm already getting the "itch" and it's been 5 days. It "tingles" like there are electrical impulses running the length of my shaft and sometimes it only occurs in certain spots. Seems to come and go.

Oh yea I think I already knew that (the fixed thing). Itching is a good sign as we all know, and January is really not too far out

Dr. C said that since I was an ideal candidate and would be receiving 20% for my first round to expect a "Real big penis". Lol. He is such an incredible physician; compassionate, knowledgable and skilled. It was an honor to meet him, Wade, Mel and Christian.

More shrinkage! Down by .25" - .33" from procedure date. I know it'll come back but it's just soooo difficult to deal with. Wife has really been trying to get me in bed with her. I fear when I reach the 7 day point, more size will be gone; leaving me at around .25"+ from my starting stats. She said it's hard for her because there was so much sensation from the one time I entered her. She's really aggressive now and my procedure's been everything I'd hoped for... except that I'm losing the size. Sigh. Seems like it's shrinking daily. I need to "chin up". I think once I regain all of my lost size it'll be easier to wait for Round 2. There's a profound/marked difference in my size on a daily basis (1/8"/day). It's almost as sad as watching your hair go down the sink everyday only to reveal a shiny scalp (only faster).

What happened to the root of your penis? It's covered by the pubic skin. It looks as though your penis starts an Inch or two away from the pubic bone.

Has it always been like that? Did you used to manually stretch/jelq your penis?

Chin up champ! I have a feeling that some of your angst/anxiety is purely psychological... that shit can't disappear! I think we all tend to 'over' estimate initial results if not just out of excitement. I'm not suggesting you did, but from my own experience, It always seems unbelievably massive just after... and the eventual reduction in swelling and such seems much worse than it actually is. Remember, we're still talking fractions of an Inch here. I will say your swelling seemed more prominent than mine. Did you get the cortisone shot? I had very little swelling. Having had the procedure the same day as you, I will follow your post closely, and share here, or via pm if you'd like/prefer. I posted some pics on a seperate thread, but none Erect- that's not easy for me to do (logistically). My 'photo-journal' is not near as telling as yours and my photography skills are lacking. I can tell you I just measured my 'just returned home from work been in jeans all day' Flaccid, and was 5.25 behind glans, just shy of 5.5 ms, and 5.75 at the base. Still hangin about 5.5 FL. I'm looking forward to taking Erect measurements again, although I think photos are gonna be a challenge for awhile. Hopefully this reduction is incidental. It's normal for Circumcised guys as there is less shaft skin, so it gets pulled up at the base.

Must be the photo... some are deceptive. I have plenty of skin... even after peyonie's corrective surgery. I also have big testicles and from certain viewpoints, it appears I just have a hairy base I guess. Haha I've always had some hair at the base of my shaft. Results are perfect thus far. No anomalies. I hope I'm at the low point now at 6 days. I've lost around 3/4" from immediately post op. Still happy... just impatient I guess. LOL Here are some more photos from post op.

Experiencing intermittent sharp pains in various areas of the shaft. I assume that I'm just still healing inside. I've read a number of reports recently of guys not gaining anything even with 20%. Hope I have better luck.

I hope the size I've lost returns in the coming weeks. If not, it may take 3 - 4 rounds to meet my goals. $10,800.00 total including airfare. If it is required, it's what I'll do. Dr. Casavantes has raised his price to help recover cost for the new micro cannulas he's using (worth it in my opinion).

Daily/weekly measurements have been really useful, and I applaud all of those who have made the effort, but some, including myself, have put off day-to-day recordings to help maintain some sanity. I remember after the first round I really didn't want to give my hopes, and wasn't sure how much size I'd gain. Because I knew there was a fluctuation in size from the reduction in swelling, I decided not to measure at all until week 6. It really all depends on the person.
I recall the sharp pains, though they were a few more weeks out then yours if I'm not mistaken. They were infrequent and I wrote it off to collagen formation. It's been a while since the last pulsation of sharp pain and there doesn't seem to be any negative consequences resulting from those pains.
