TOPIC: Has anyone found anything similar to an ESL40 please ?

Hey Gentlemen, I am looking for something similar to an ESL40 as, due to my glans not having a pronounced ridge most traction/Hanging devices either slip off or must be put on so tight they are prohibitively painful...I'm thinking that a suction on the head type deal would work best, thoughts ?

There are not any currently. There have been some knockoffs pop up here and there though - but they are sporadic when they do.
