I hope you didn't catch her red handed, she may feel very embarrassed and may effect your future sex. Some women are very sensitive like that. Just tell her it was OK and it turned you on...

It just means she wanted to get off and didn't want to make a big deal of it in front of you , I would say she was being pretty good about it.

NO big deal, women want to come, you got her hot and bothered and she wanted to climax.

Could mean that you turned her on and she hasn't been completely satisfied.

Could mean that she doesn't want the complications of having a relationship with you, but finds you sexy, and became turned on.

Could be that she feels that she may have too picky of touching needs that she's afraid to ask you to do or thinks you're not able to learn or be supportive of for some reason.

Suggestion:

You say "as soon as" , well; is it before you had sex, after, did she come, did she not come, do you have regular sex, does she hold sex from you, does she use sex as a weapon, is/isn't she turned on by you, has it always been this way....

The "as soon as you leave the house" is, to me anyway, indicates she needs privacy and sexual satisfaction AND that there is a problem in the relationship somewhere!
