Here in the U.K, they ask for your urine and blood to check for std's I think it only when you have something on your penis they ask to check. Even then trust me, they have seen many penis and vagina's, each and everyone looks different. Plus remember doctor /patient confidentiality. The doctor might be a bit jealous of you Getting tested for std's is scary but knowing is less scary

Oh dear. I have broke a few XLs as well... I can generally feel it when its going to happen though and stop and lube up... its when I am drunk that it happens normally. Thankfully I have pretty much stopped drinking.

I didn't even know they came as Magnum XXL! I've tried Durex XXL before and liked them (but I don't like the smell of durex lube). I find nothing gives a room that nice sex / condom smell quite like a durex condom.

I want more Girth... its only going to make the condom issue worse for me... looks like I will get custom condoms!

Dude 24 or 104 ... Go to the MD. Be up front and honest. Full disclosure will be in your best interest. I went to my primary before I went to Tijuana and he did frown on the idea but made the best of it for me. He prescribed antibiotics and pain meds that I filled here in the US and told me to see him for suture Removal. I did. I also saw my plastic surgeon to get his input. And he frowned on leaving the country for these procedures but he supported me and has seen me post op to 'inspect' my new procedures.

To sum up... If the Dr. you see is an ass. Tell him as you are walking out the door that he is an ass and go to another MD. I had to do that once. There are bad doctors. Most are good. Go and get treated. Get a physical. It's their job to help us with our healthcare and bodies.

FYI All... the results are in "Negative, with no cause for concern" FUT YA!

jlmb you are right man about the penis touching, it likely wouldnt be too thorough as they are mearly inspecting the skin for issues, not the interior of the penis.

I can help answer #2 ... as I've been dealing with all sorts of health issues, so I've told a number of doctors about my PMMA...

My General Doc had no clue what PMMA was. Told me not to worry. But again, had zero idea what PMMA was.

My Cardiologist had no clue either.

My Dermatologist said he did know, and had some patient who had problems for years with Artecol, look at me with disdain and a look of wonder as I explained to him I went to TJ to get my penis pumped with PMMA... He looked at my penis and told me that I would need to see a urologist for the inflammation I was dealing with. I asked if I could come in for a follow-up experience, and he basically said 'no' ... not wanting to deal with me... (wasn't a good experience)

My Gastro Intestinal doctor knew what PMMA was, told me that in the GI world, they tried using PMMA to help with hernias, by creating a ring of PMMA around the esophagus to make it smaller, but they had to stop because it was going to people lungs giving them pulmonary embolisms.. That was something he really didn't have to tell me... my GI doc has no bed side manner.. I mean why the hell tell me that??

Then my Urologist didnt know anything about it either... also putting the fright of life into me by telling me that microspheres where dangerous if they migrate, and "how the hell could we get them out of they were in your " ... again not very warm discussion. He's a good guy though, I think he was just worried...

Related to STD's ... I would let the doctors inspect your penis... and be 100% upfront with PMMA... I bring DR.C 's sale literature with me when i goto DR appointments to help educate them.

I have contacted the health clinic and I am going in on Friday for testing. I told them about my biaxin and they said since I am 100% certain I have come in contact with someone who is positive for Chlamydia they will likely give me 4 doses of azithromycin anyway that dayeven though they wont have the results back yet.

Fuck I hate taking so many antibiotics... not good for you but I guess I am learning lessons the hard way.

As for letting my family doc know about it... I don't think I will until I have to get a physical for work or something. I am sure I will need to get checked for colon cancer at one point soon (30?). I am sure my doc will eventually know... I just don't want to come right out and tell him if I am healthy regardless.

Wow supa that would be awkward! I'm glad they don't swab the urethra anymore! I wouldn't mind showing an unsuspecting nurse my bazooka... But I WOULD mind her feeling it and inspecting it closely. It would suck having to explain my Pmma to a doc.

My encounter was now 10 days ago and I am currently on day 4 of my biaxin... So far no symptoms of chlamydia.

From what I read on the net I should wait 2 weeks after my biaxin (antibiotics) are done to have a std test. If you are just reading this post my antibiotics were for bronchitis which I happened to go to the hospital for only 6 days after my encounter with the infected girl.

Waiting 2 weeks would be brutal!

I am hoping and preying I don't test positive.... The net says to contact anyone you've had unprotected sex with in the last 3 - 6 months to tell them they might have it as well.. I can't imagine trying to contact like 15 - 18 girls (I have unprotected sex a lot ) plus one was a virgin only 3 weeks ago! Imagine the horror of getting an STD from your first partner?!

Hopefully having these antibiotics in my system (even though they arent specifically targetted towards chlamydia) early after contact will battle it off before it sets in... Just to be sure though after my anti's are done ill get tested anyway. You are right.. I should get tested more often.

For all I know I already had it... From what I've read chlamydia can cause lung and eye infections and maybe bronchitis is a result of having it butttt that being said she probably wouldn't have tested positive for it that quickly after sex with me (she got her test 6 days after sex with me) .

Ill keep you guys posted on this... I'm still curious if anyone had had a doc inspect their post Pmma unit tho!

More targeted antibiotic. What you don't want to do is have a half assed course of antibiotics that knocks out the weakest of the bacteria and then the strong ones survive and come back for round two. Irradicate the chlamydia with extreme prejudice. Screwing around with these things is why there is now a drug resistant strain of ghoneria in the US (if you haven't read up on this it's a truly heartwarming story).

As to whether they will do a physical exam, usually the answer is no. They blood test for everything for
HIV to chlamydia/ghoneria and both strains of herpes (if you pop positive for type 1 herpes don't freak out - everyone has it, it's just the type that give you cold sores on your lips, along with about 80 % of adults by the time you're in your 30s).

The only reason they would do a physical exam of your penis is if you request it due to some weird sore or other concern. This doesn't answer all your questions, but hopefully it helps. Frankly, at your level of activity you should be getting checked every six months or a year at the most. I'm not picking on you, I hold myself to the same standard.

They usually don't check for colon cancer without reason. I think you're referring to a prostate exam which is normally done around age 40. They check the size of the prostate and take a measurement of PSA (prostate specific antigens). No worries mate. Me, on the other hand, I'll be 40 this year so I'm not looking forward to the "snapping of the surgical glove". haha Of course with an Erect penis of 8" x 6"+, if he hurts me, I'll jokingly ask him to turn around and tell him it's his turn. You raise some pretty good points and concerns. Wow I can't believe your GI would say all of that! I think the application of the product is a little bit different though. In the penis it's injected between layers of skin tissues, I would think it be less risky then up at the esophagus so close to the trachea and lungs. But definitely concerning! I would think the risk of migration of the beads is pretty nil once collagen has formed around them. But I am no doc.

And wow, I can't believe a dermatoligist would refuse a follow up! You would think he of all people would know how to deal with it. Or at least be interested in learning how to deal with PMMA.

I am going to print off some stuff from Dr C's site to have on hand for these types of things.

On a side note... I have been very very itchy since day 5 or so of my antibiotics... and the super dose Friday made it worse.

I hope the antibiotics aren't stressing my liver too bad.

This also made me realize that I had 4 sessions in under 2 years... along with strep throat and bronchitis, that's a lot of antibiotics in my system!

I was thinking of doing a detox soon. Anyone think it would be bad for my PMMA to do so? Like I wouldn't want my body to attack the PMMA beads or some crazy shit. haha

I think I will order the durex ones again, they were a lot less $$ then the magnum XL. Only thing is the wrapper of the XL has a giant XL pretty clearly where the durex doesn't Hahaha

Got urine sample taken. Took superdose of Azrithromycin (4 pills all at once). and got blood taken. I should know next week about all the various STDs I could have...

Doctor was this hot young asian woman... she asked if I wanted an "inspection of the area" I said no. She said "are you sure? I highly recommend it." I was pretty tempted... doctor or not... showing off my Flaccid would have been fun. But I again declined. She would have been inspecting it for stuff, so I am sure she would poke around at the base ridges and the circ scar (especially on the left there is a slight, not painful Nodule).

Crossing fingers I don't have anything. I am doubting I do (maybe the chlamydia if it was strong enough to hold off the biaxin), possibly dormant HPV? I have heard guys can carry it without it affecting them. But the chick who contacted me about her chlamydia would have told me about her other stuff if she had it im assuming. Since she would have done the full round of testing as well.
