Whenever going at it with my girl for more than 20minutes she always has to stop and go for a pee before we carry on. She goes before sex but heard that it is a reaction to her orgasming but not letting go?

You can ask her to relax and let her body do what ever it needs, she may pee on you or the sheets. She may be embarrassed to do it, so talk to her.
