Any temporary filler surgeons in the US I been looking I don't want silicon or PMMA in my Dick to risky help please I have a 7 Inch by 4.5 Girth

You could try Dr Gitt at North Valley Plastic Surgery. He usually offers Cymetra but I'm sure he would do HA if you asked him to which is much better, also make sure he injects it with a micro canulla.
Only go to him if he's willing to inject you with HA because Cymetra is a really bad idea.

I contacted them they want 5000 to 8000 dollars

Unfortunately Money that is the cost in Western countries for 10 - 15ml.
As I say it is the safest option, it does a good job but it is expensive.
