@Dthom you previously had a lig cut, right? Do you think that's played any role in your gains?

I am one of the ones taking measurements on the protocol. I apologize I haven't posted, I have been dealing with personal stuff that put my postings in stop. I recently went back to Dr. Brandeis to continue the protocol with a PRP shot and will post measurements soon. I have kept using the device but honestly due to what I was dealing with there were days I missed the protocol. I am waiting for viagra pills since I was using them to measure for consistency. I will put measurements soon on my thread.

Yes , and I had Ellanse. I don’t believe that the lig cut had any effect . I gained 3 inches of Flaccid length — that’s it .
I started pe about 8 months after my surgery ( which included fat pad ) and got a small amount of gain in 6 months of work before moving to p-long . Extending does work but p-long accelerates gains.

Honestly 3 inches Flaccid or Erect is impressive. For growers like me, a 3 Inch Flaccid increase would make me look like I have the potential to be "hung" even though I'm very mediocre in the length department (Girth carries me).

I reached out to a provider and they confirmed they were still offering the protocol and weren't sure why they were delisted. They reached out to plong and looks like they fixed the site. False alarm!

It was a big increase — 3.5-6.5 . I’ve definitely gained nearly an Inch beyond that from plong , but Flaccid fluctuates so much it’s hard to really estimate …

Dthom, thanks for the info. One question, do yo have a steel cord?

I don’t know . I know that I have /had strong retraction .

I’m experimenting with eliminating the P shot this month . We will see what my gains are … I’m hoping every other month or every third month is fine after the first 3-6 months .

Hi all, I owe you an update.

As of my last post I've had about 5 of the shots and it was about the 6 month mark.

I've been a poor example of this protocol lately due to career constraints getting in the way. I live in the east coast and Dr. Brandeis is of course located in California. His offer to work with me at cost for his time is extremely generous and his office and staff have been some of the nicest and easiest to work with people I've ever met. They're extremely responsive to patients and a joy to visit each time.

However, I just have not been able to make it out there on a regular basis recently and that is entirely my own fault and responsibility. So I'd like you all to consider these facts given my hiatus. I have continued the protocol outside of the shots in the meantime, and haven't seen any loss in my gains thus far.

There is a clinic that's actually just a short 30 minute drive from my house on the east coast that is listed on the p-long providers page that I plan to start with, hopefully next month. I believe this will help greatly with my ability to be consistent with the protocol as it is designed moving forward. And as soon as I begin I'll try to continue with my progress reports and review of that clinic moving forward.

For transparency's sake, I've also gotten blood work done recently and discovered my testosterone levels are a bit low for my age, and I've begun taking enclomiphine citrate as a prescribed form of very mild TRT. I've also started a low dose of Cialis as well, which has done wonders for my Erection quality and should hopefully help my consistency with photo updates in the future.

Thank you for the honest feedback. I'm actually looking at P-Long this Summer, but likely a 3-4 month course versus 6. Again, not ideal, but I suppose some input is better than none, and it is crucial for those who see this kind of "impartial work" as an incomplete picture, as I'm personally convinced that this can work for most guys when this protocol is seen through as prescribed. This comes from knowledge I've gained through back-channels (i.e. emails & private messages, and yes, I'd like for them to eventually post, and yes, they are confirmed real testimonies), let alone the associated studies P-Long possesses, unlike most other (if any other) non-surgical penis enlargement (PE) protocols / exercise routines.

It seems like the bug is still there though. After the bug was fixed it went back up to 65 providers. I check it daily and the providers falling off the list again. Down to 58 now.

Anyways.... I had a consultation yesterday and will be starting the protocol next month. I will start my own thread for documentation after a few months. If I'm gaining, I will post pictures of proof.

I’m on month 8 .:

3.3 mm /month consistently . Stopped w/prp 2 months ago . No change in gain rate . I’m surprised that the rate is so high . I have been using the blood flow supplements too .

I did not gain with just the extender ( I used Restorex ), so I believe the PRP/affirm is needed .
