well assuming it's all straight-up, i wouldn't dare do it without antibiotics, that's for sure. on the other hand, you can get anti biotics yourself.

aslo, whats the cost of the brazil guy please, what material does he use exactly, and how much experience has he got? how old is he? he's been doing this for ages you say? where in brazil is he anyway? cheers

btw, i always kept meaning to get flomax but never got aorund to it. did u need a rpescription?

The only thing he wanted to prescribe is painkillers- I emailed the secretary that without Ibuprofen and flomax Im not doing the procedure. I have the plane ticket and trip booked but If I don't feel comfortable no body is touching my penis.
The cost is 1/3 of Dr C and travel wise it is easier then Mexico for me.

Dr. C divides the penis into 8 regions (left/right/front/midfront/midbase/base) and uses different concentrations in different regions depending on what's indicated for the patient, and what the desired result is. As for meds, Ibuprofen is available over the counter, so that's not a dealkiller. The antibiotics can only be obtained with a prescription.

Im 35 and planning trip in less then 2 weeks to south of Brazil to meet Dr Nacul- the founder of PMMA. After doing lots of research online based on methods used by DR C, (who happens to be student of above Dr) I requested post op instructions and some of them alarm me. Can someone who has had procedure done tell me if this is reason for concern and I will cancel procedure - just end up going to Mexico instead and spending three times as much.
1 . They don't prescribe antibiotics
2. they don't provide flomax for Turtling- only offer message
3. They don't use stretching device
4. They only use 10% entire length of penis
5. No PRP offered

This all seems very dated to me and making me very uncomfortable- all your advice is greatly needed and appreciated!!

The antibiotics (or lack thereof) would be a dealkiller for me. You're talking about multiple punctures with a cannula, introducing foreign material into a really sensitive area that's prone to conditions very favorable to bacterial and fungal growth (warm, humid). An infection there would be catastrophic, and the resultant immune reaction might make your system reject the PMMA.

Yes, I've been lucky to have had both Dr. Lemperle (Frankfurt, mastermind behind the filler) and Dr. Nacul (Porto Alegre, who came up with the basic science of bioplasty) as my teachers, mentors, and friends.
I am sorry for the discrepancy in prices, but please understand that Linnea must go through exportation and importation fees, carriers and distributors before it gets to my hands. We also add some other procedures.
We do not offer PRP for the claims of better erections or penile rejuvenation. It hasn' been scientifically proven, so if it happens... great! We offer PRP for two reasons: it "prepares" the skin by creating inflammation that makes it thicker and firmer. This facilitates both the injection procedure and the stability of the gel under a much stable skin. Second, it helps with a faster healing, reducing the time for potential shifting of the PMMA suspension.
Antibiotics? Yes. A full round, unless it is a small touch up. Flomax / stretcher help a lot for obvious reasons.
Finally, I use 9 or 12 sections to divide the penis, depending on its length:
Three basal, three medial, three distal if nine segments are marked, an extra row for those lucky ones.
In a regularly shaped penis, I use 30% at the base, transition 30/10 midshaft and 10% in the neck, to taper the implant.
In a baseball-shaped penis, we add two coats of 30% at the base, and 10% to the midshaft and neck.
In those with a mushroom-shaped penis, 30% all over, since they have room for growth, and so on... treatments are individualized big time.

I already stocked up on Ibuprofen which Im bringing with me. Also going tp buy the stretching device used by Dr C.
Im going to be prepared with flomax as well.

Out of the 4 things you listed, only the lack of antibiotics seems unreasonable.
The Flomax is not a big deal (I'd go for the generic form of Cialis which is Sildenafil 20mg); PRP has only been offered by dr C for a year, I've never had it and am just fine; get a stretcher on ebay - the most basic is the ESL40.
Lack of antibiotics is odd - but tell him you want some anyway. If he is a doctor he can write you a prescription.
This is assuming you like the before and after and this PE work etc.

8 regions? Good to know.... Im meeting an actual patient of Dr C tomorrow- so any questions will be face to face
