No it doesn't. Pumping gives you temporary gains that can last a few days even, but it really doesn't do anything permanent. They have been around for decades. If it worked, there would be no market for anything else as pumps are easy and cheap.
Got a P-shot on September 7th. (10cc) and was given a Kaplan pump and was told to use twice daily for 15 minutes. Was told to use for at least 3 months....That it would make the priapus. shot. More effective ...My question is the following. ; Have gained about three-fourth's of an Inch (while penis is in cylinder) in 2 months. But no noticeable gain outside cylinder when Erect? Does this really increase length and Girth?
