HA, I'm 42 in NYC, so my range is typically late 20s-mid 50s, but I go through phases. Older women here in the city look pretty tight, if you know where to look (coffee shops, spas, department stores, gyms, online). Being fit is key.

Post-sex swelling appears to be a prevalent element of PMMA, even years following the procedure. Although most point to irregularities, bumps and nodules as the main drawbacks, swelling can also be a primary concern, especially for those of us who are very active. Among the bigger problems I see is that, with irregularity, bumps and nodules, the remedy is simply another round or a touch-up (or break-up shot), whereas there's really not much you can do about the ongoing swelling issues of PMMA. Of course every case is different, but theoretically, you have a hot, sexy night on Friday, then be out of commission for the next couple of days. It's like winning the first game of a three-game series and then getting rained out the next two games. Sitting around with your inactive bat between your knees. Waiting for the rain (flare up) to subside. Not that bad if you're married, or in a long-term relationship, but definitely very impractical for highly active men. Something to consider.

omni's question is not answered - "does it hurt, does it look awful?". Musky's "inactive bat between your legs" may be linked to the answer but chester is hitting it; swelling is really not good. Not because of a soft Dick but because of the "potential health problems" - frequent swelling at the same spot can trigger a growth ...

Swelling is not good. While you're a lil bigger, you're left with a soft penis, until the swelling goes down. Soft penises don't do much... and if you try to use it while it's swollen, you'll cause pain and potential health problems.

I have some swelling as well. I never pay it too much attention.

I read your posts for couple years back as you had concerns for the material itself as what was perceived as an irritant (carcinogen) I believe.(correct me if I'm wrong) I think since you had the procedure, perhaps you yielded a bit on some of those concerns but I'm interested to hear any detailed explanations/theories you have for why the swelling occurs, since you seem to be technical and have a good understanding of it. Any details on what the swelling feels like as well, for example fluid like where it's different to the touch or maybe it gets red and it slightly larger (same feel)?

Hey Mustang, not sure I agree completely. My Dick sees much action (as much as 3 different women within a 24-hr period) and I've never had a swollen penis in my life. Sometimes gentle, sometimes rough, but always high volume. Of course, there are plenty of factors at play, including genetics, trauma frequency and severity, lubrication, etc, but I think there's enough body of evidence, given all of the patient reporting on PMMA, that it does leave you much more susceptible to swelling post sex, to the point where one could fairly state that swelling is a normal part of PMMA. Would you agree?

this is/was my biggest concern regarding PMMA I want to fuck or do manual PE when I want to and dont want something the is swolen and I have to make a break

Just wondering if anyone knows where exactly the pmma attaches to or should i say the tissue that encapsulates the pmma? Does ot attach to the corporas cavernosum or the actual penile skin maybe that might have to do with why swelling occurs after sex idk just saying

Assuming there no infections or any other thing going on, swelling after sex having had PMMA only 6 weeks is very normal and expected.
